STEP 1:

Take out the food tent from the protective packaging. The XL size food tent has 4 folding joints, which need to be fixed manually first.

STEP 2:

Hold the top of the tent and carefully pull the rope upward to extend the frames of tent, once fully extended amd the Joints lock in place ( Please refer the illustration above: Pull up to open).

STEP 3:

Answer:	I believe so though I have never tested the cover tent umbrella for that purpose. The mesh is quite fine.
