Answer:	No it will not remove make up easily or fully. Not only that it will sting your eyes if used in that manner . Since I do not wear waterproof mascara I use coconut oil as a make up remover. I simply pull some from a small jar with a Q-tip put it on my fingers and rub it on my eyes and wipe off with a tissue. I then follow up using this facial wash My make up is fully removed.
