Answer:	Yes, an 11 year old would be able to do most of this unassisted. There is a very helpful DVD that goes through the illusions. You may have to help with some of the props and we had some difficulty with the device that looks like 2 magic wands with tassels. As long as he treats the devices carefully he will have great fun.

Answer:	Most of these magic tricks are closeup magic. The vanishing and reappearing handkerchief trick we have all seen magicians do (pull a handkerchief from thin air) is also included and that could be used to pull it from up his sleeve if he really worked at it but even then I'm not sure it would do what he would want. Most beginner magic tricks kits that I'm aware of won't accomplish exactly what he wants but what he could do is to have the various items for the tricks in his suit pockets and take them out and then do the tricks. Elton has been in business since et 1980's and has sold thousands of products in the US during that time. As the US Government is so strict on lead-free requirements, they would probably not be in business in the US if they were not in compliance. There is a warning for small parts, not for ages under 3 on the gift tag attached to the handle of each basket.
