It took forever to figure out how to get Amazon live assistance so I could ask that question -- ended up having to Google it because I couldn't find it on Amazon's own website -- not good. Anyway, the rep was very helpful and said the tumbler had to be returned so she set that up for me and also ordered me a replacement. Hopefully, the straw is included with the replacement.

Answer:	Nope. The same thing happened to me. It took forever to figure out how to get Amazon live assistance so I could ask that question -- ended up having to Google it because I couldn't find it on Amazon's own website -- not good. Anyway, the rep was very helpful and said the tumbler had to be returned so she set that up for me and also ordered me a replacement. Hopefully, the straw is included with the replacement.
Question:	How do you clean the lid? Specifically under the sliding piece, does it come off
Answer:	This is bothering me, too. I can’t get the lid apart so it never looks really clean. I run it through the dishwasher but there is still residue around the slider opening.

Answer:	The page description is anti-overflow function, but because it is a rubber ring seal, due to air pressure when injecting hot water, if the angle of inclination is too large, there should be leakage problems. It is recommended to keep the cup upright when hot water and hot coffee. State, cold water and cold drinks are completely sealed, don't worry

Answer:	the key to keeping the Contigo hotter longer is all boiling water in the cup with lid on for about 15 minutes, it will keep your drink hot for 8 plus hours and warm for 2 to 4 more. that's my experience with it, i got two.

Question:	Can you shake a drink with a closed lid, without spilling
Answer:	I received the 20 oz tumbler with magslider lid for Christmas. It is NOT leak proof. If it turns over or is tilted in your purse or bag, it will and does leak! I just called YETI (01/02/2018) in Austin, Texas and asked about this and they confirmed it is not leak proof. If you need something leak proof, they said to get a YETI with the scree on lid! The magslider is not a good product if you need something that does not leak.
Question:	what i want to know is does it truley hold 20 ounces? The ozark trail claims 20 ounces but only holds 16(18 ounces if filled to rim
