Answer:	The rim is 3 inches diameter and the stem is approximately 2 and 1/2 inches depending on where you measure the base of the bowl of the glass. The overall height of the glass is just over 7 inches. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hey John, the glass measures 7" from table top to rim. The actual vessel part measures 4" with a small dip into the stem beyond that. Just FYI, that dip will collect residue from drinks, .. ie... milk, if not cleaned thoroughly. However, once you know that it is easy enough to get a finger with a sponge down in there. Also helps to put a little water into it if not being washed immediately. Diameter at top of glass is just over 3". Hope this helps. Enjoy them, they are classy glasses but I use them every day.

Answer:	I don’t know for sure but are you stacking the glasses? It’s probably etched over the years where the bottom of the one glass sits inside the other glass. Maybe you are dropping the glass hard into the other? I stack my glasses ATT (as in 25+ years) but haven’t had this problem but that would be where it would hit.

Answer:	I like the 16 ounce. 16 ounces of liquid measures to the very top of the glass which you would never fill a glass to the top of the rim. I have both sizes and honestly everyone grabs the 16 ounce glasses, especially if they want a little ice in their beverage. I regret buying any of the 14 ounce size.
