The proprietary formulation of krud kutter deck and fence cleaner contains "sporex", a unique additive which removes tough stains from mildew, mold, algae, fungus and moss, and leaves the surface completely clean. In addition, special surfactants penetrate the surface to safely and easily dissolve the toughest stains from dirt, oil, grease, bird droppings, tree sap, and acid rain. Even removes gray weathering on wood, chalking and oxidation. Directions for pressure washer application: wet the surface to be cleaned, prior to applying the product. Place detergent application siphon tube and screen filter directly into container. Open meter valve (if applicable) for maximum product flow. For reservoir machines, pour product (full strength) into pressure washer. Spray at low pressure onto a wet surface. On vertical surfaces, always spray from the top down. Allow product to remain on the surface for 3 to 5 minutes to penetrate. Do not allow product to dry on surface. Remove siphon tube from solution and rinse surface with high pressure spray thoroughly. Flush siphon tube with clean water prior to storage. When using a pressure washer to clean painted surfaces, please be aware that water pressure alone may remove paint, or highlight existing discoloration caused by the sun’s uv. From the garden hose, rinse any nearby plants with clean water. Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Any overspray can be neutralized with large volumes of water. Do not mix this product with any other chemicals. Contains: a proprietary blend of biodegradable surfactants, detergents, and emulsifiers, in a water-based solution. Answer:	Not sure why your inquiry was forwarded to me, because we used the Krud Kutter Deck and Fence cleaner, which is designed for wood products. We noticed no appreciable odor from that product, either while using or afterwards. However, both the deck and our stockade fence are both outdoors, so there wouldn't be any possibility of an odor buildup. Sorry I can't help. Hope someone else can . . .
Question:	Referring to overspray, is this cleaner vegetable garden friendly? It states on the container that it won't harm plants
Answer:	not sure about veggies. we've cleaned our deck and stockade fences with it, and the overspray never harmed either the adjacent grass or evergreen shrubs. Since you'll want to be able to eat your veggies, a call to the manufacturer might be in order.
Question:	would this be a good product to use to pressure wash a house prior to painting
Answer:	Have used it on my house with good results. Sometimes you have to help it along with a hand-held brush on tough-to-clean areas. Having said that, my power washer is a smaller one and less powerful than a lot of bigger, more powerful machines. I'd be careful that the spray isn't angled so that it gets under clapboards or shingles, possibly wetting the insulation beneath.
Question:	Is this product safe to use on aluminum
Answer:	I have used it on rain gutters which are aluminum. But they are painted. It cleaned them very well.

Answer:	The bottle says up to 600 square feet. Love this composire deck cleaner.
Question:	Will this remove hard water stains from flower pot overflow
Answer:	This product will work removing organic matter, mostly mold and mildew, off a composite deck. If you have a newer deck with a plastic cap this is not the right product. I work for TimberTech. Let it soak in to the board , overnight if possible, the scrub and rinse before the sun hits the deck. Also hope all is well with your dog. (Side note, I prefer the non hose bottle of Wash Safe where you dilute yourself in a bucket, just my preference).
Question:	How much water to mix with 1 gallon.. directions on bottle were worn off
Answer:	One container will treat between 500-1,000 sq. ft.

Answer:	Great product- cleans everything- especially mold and dirt

Answer:	Wet down the lawn and any plants before you wash then rinse the lawn and plants good after. You should not have a problem. This is basically Oxy Clean.

Answer:	I’m not sure about sunscreen stains, but I used it for grease stains from the the grill and it did not work very well for me. It left a whiteish film on my deck but that went away. I would not buy it again.

Answer:	I seriously doubt that. This is very effective on grease stains. It is okay on algae stains. I highly recommend it for removal of grease.

Safe, Effective Cleaning Power

To formulate this product, we had to use a small percentage of chlorine bleach (only 5%). The chlorine is transported into the pores of the composite decking by a special formula of surfactant chemicals, where it can remove the stains within the pores of the decking without scrubbing.

Helpful Tips for Best Results Cleaning Your Composite Deck

If this is the first time you have cleaned your deck it's possible that there are deep set mold stains that the solution didn't reach. These may rise to the surface and the mold stains would need to be cleaned again. This may happen once or twice after the initial cleaning. Once the initial cleaning phase is over, keep your composite decking looking good by diluting 4 parts water with 1 part Spray & Clean and spraying your deck every 60 days or so during the season. Spraying your deck an hour or two before an oncoming rain storm is a perfect way to rinse your deck naturally.

How to Clean Composite Decks Safely and Effectively Without Bleach

• Decide your dilution ratio mix of Spray & Clean with warm water (hot if possible)

Each gallon of Spray & Clean will clean 250 sq. ft. of decking but the product may be diluted in different ratios depending on the condition, age, time of last cleaning and brand of your decking. In extreme cases Spray & Clean should be used straight without dilution. For routine (maintenance type) cleaning Spray & Clean should be diluted 4:1 (4 parts water 1 part Spray & Clean, in that ratio 1 gallon of Spray & Clean would make 5 gallons of cleaning solution.

Wash Safe Spray & Clean Composite Deck Cleaner Application

• Saturate the stained deck - allowing the product to be absorbed by the decking. Stains will start to disappear on contact.
• Rinse the deck off with water when completed. Use of a pressure washer and/or scrub brush will assist in the cleaning process.
• Stubborn stains? Reapply and soak deck for 2 hours or overnight as needed

• Don't apply the product in direct sunlight and do not let solution sit in deliberate sun.

Question:	Will this remove pet urine odor from concrete
Answer:	This product is a hydrogen peroxide base that can effectively neutralize urine odors from concrete by washing it away. It is not an enzyme product that will eliminate the odors at the source. Simple Green does offer products that are designed specifically for eliminating urine odors from concrete and other surfaces with the use of enzymes and good bacteria that eliminate odors at the source as opposed to simply cleaning the urine from a surface and potentially rinsing it into surrounding areas.
Question:	Is this product harmful to plants
Answer:	Front label says safe for water and landscape.
Question:	Will this clean stone stained with red clay
Answer:	This product works best on organic soils, and red clay is a mineral stain. It won't harm the stone, but I recommend using it stronger than label instructions. Using a pump-up, garden-style sprayer, mix Oxysolve 50/50 with water. Apply to a section of the stone and scrub with a non-metallic deck brush. Rinse before the cleaning solution has a chance to dry, or it will be more difficult to remove. IF the stain is lightened, but not completely gone, reapply the same way.
Question:	Can you use this for soot on the walls and if so which one
Answer:	Thanks for the question... If your walls are concrete or block/brick or some other typical exterior wall surface, you can use the Concrete and Driveway, or the Total Outdoor versions of Oxy Solve. For soot, I would recommend making the dilution for manual application stronger than what is on the label. Please try 1-part-Oxy Solve to 10-parts-water. Apply to the surface in sections so that you can rinse before the product has a chance to dry. Apply, let sit for 3-5 minutes, scrub, and rinse at highest pressure - or apply, let sit for 3-5 minutes, and pressure wash to rinse at highest pressure. If you can apply the solution with a pump-up, garden-type of sprayer and then pressure wash at high pressure to rinse, you'll be able to cover a larger area than if you use the pressure washer chemical application setting to apply the product (which sucks down product very quickly.)
