Answer:	Wine aerator does not remove sulfites. It just lets the wine go on a speed date with oxygen, which can help bring out the wine's aromas.

Answer:	That would be carbon dioxide and mucus that you are blowing into your wine, not oxygen, but don't let me stop you from doing so. The next time you are in a restaurant and order a nice glass of wine, don't forget to ask the server for a straw. ;-)

Answer:	Roughly 2/3 cup (5-6oz) to the shoulder of the carafe. This approximately the amount of the wine pictured on the product description. A full cup reaches the very rim of the carafe. I use these for salad dressing when we have company for dinner ...much nicer than the bottles.

Answer:	Hard to believe but up to the tippy top (which you would not fill it up to) is 10 ounces. That photo must be showing around 5-6 ounces of wine in the decenter.

Answer:	The ones they are currently shipping (2018) are smaller than the original ones. They now hold 6oz to the top more like 5oz if you don't want to spill.

Answer:	What you see in the picture, think double the amount. It fills the whole widened part. This is best way to describe without a picture. I hope this helps. If not, I am sorry. I described the best I could. I am satisfied with this product, but to each is his/her own. Everyone's preference is different. I am not a wine pro but it does the job. I decant Ben Ami Kosher cabernet sauvignon (my only fave wine), and the taste comes out clean and smooth. If you are not happy with it, you can see if you can return it before placing the order.
