Answer:	I threw the box out but on the assembly instructions it's RiverRidge Home Products a registered trademark of Sourcing Solutions Inc. Hudson, WI 54016.That doesn't mean it was made in the USA. I'm guessing China since they sell RiverRidge products at Walmart. If you do buy one when assembling it on step 2 don't put the knobs on the door. You have to lay the frame on it's front to finish assembling and with the knobs on it won't lay flat. Put the knobs on when it's all together.

Answer:	Hello Pauline. I ordered this item a while ago and it was very, very cheap. I ended up throwing it away because it was made so poorly. So I can answer the question on dimensions but I do not recommend it.

Question:	Is it possible to leavee a bottomone shelve out so I can put a taller item on the bottom
Answer:	I think doing that would jeopardize the stability of the unit, especially since it only has 3 legs, it really needs the shelves - especially the bottom one which adds a 4th "foot" in the center to help keep it from tipping forward. It might work if you have it very well anchored into the wall though, but I wouldn't really recommend it.

Answer:	Booklet that comes with the item says each shelf can hold a maximum of ten pounds.

Answer:	It is not that stable on carpet - specially if it is fluffier bedroom carpet like mine. I ended up only adding light items on them because I was scared it would tip over.

Answer:	We had the same problem - until we realized we had a piece in wrong. Maybe go back and check.

Answer:	No, it is just to be used as a walker, to steady the person so they do not fall.

Answer:	Aloha! Had the same problem. You will need to use the locking brakes on both wheels first, then close the walker. Any slight movement by the back wheels will be cause for the rollator to open.

Answer:	Can supports plastic. A clip at the top in my case the cup at the bottom was knocked off during shipping. So, I guess you could say it’s easily removed. I have not tried to remove the clip at the top.
