Answer:	Hello, It's not a good idea to use a front attaching harness if you run or jog with your dog. Front attaching harnesses are for training your dog to stop pulling. It is more recommended to use the back clip to walk your dog when your dog walks politely. The front clip is designed for no-pull training which will be restrictive. Because the leash is attached to the front of the dog, if they pull the effect is that the leash gives a tug on their chest to the side, therefore turning the dog toward you and not allowing them to move forward. So dogs soon learn that they only get to go forward if they do not pull while wearing such a harness. Question:	What sort of knife block would be suitable
Answer:	There is sizing information given in the additional pictures found under the picture of the harness. They do not give neck sizes in the sizing chart, but rather, the harness is sized according to the chest measurement. However there are adjustments on the harness for the part that fits over the head. According to the sizing chart the XL harness will fit a dog with a 32-42 inch chest. Given that your dog has a 43 inch chest, I am not sure that these harnesses will fit. I had originally ordered a small for one of my Boston terriers because his chest size was at the upper limit of the small and at the lower limit of the medium. Since he is an escape artist, I was concerned about getting a harness that gave him too much wiggle room. Unfortunately, I had to return the small and buy a medium because the small was uncomfortably tight, and while I didn't want the harness to be too loose, I also didn't want it to be uncomfortable or overly restrictive. The medium harness was able to be adjusted for a good fit. These are awesome harnesses, but, in my opinion, one should order up a size if the chest measurement is at the upper limit of the range given for a particular size. Unfortunately, since your dog's chest size is above the upper limit for an XL harness, these harnesses may not work for your dog.

Answer:	Just let it flow over the dog's shoulder. It won't take long for them to get the idea of not pulling. Then you can attach to the ring on the top for regular walking.
