Answer:	No, cases will definitely not work. Maybe if mixer without case, But Rane 72 and Twelves setup have similar dimensions to Techs and s9 and my Rane setup is over those 40 inches if kept in cases. Not too mention the added weight of those cases to the shelf is no bueno.
Question:	What's the maximum height can this stand go
Answer:	I'm not sure how big your Odyssey DJ package is? But it is truly 40in wide! I use mine for karaoke and have two computers and a 10 channel mixer and there's plenty of space

Answer:	Just leave out the Thick support rod labelled 2 on the instructions and put Thin support rod labelled 3 all the way in. The bottom nut will not tighten far enough but you can adjust the height with the knob at the top of the Thin support rod. With this setup I am able to go from 24-36, replace the thick support rod and you are able to go above 36.

Question:	What parts does one take apart if he is traveling? I am trying to take off the top tray, but do I have to undo all the screws and washers
Answer:	That depends on you and how you're packing. You could leave it attached to the rod and remove it from the tripod base. You could try loosening the clamp and see if you can remove the tray that way instead of removing the screws.
Question:	Is it possible to add a second tray to this stand
Answer:	Not very easily. There is nothing on the stand as provided onto which a second tray could be attached. I suppose a handy person could engineer something.
Question:	Is this solid enough to support a small (approximately 12 square inches) 13 lb mixer
Answer:	Yes- I would advise you to go to a local crafts store, purchase the 1/8" thick rubber project squares (11" by 11") with the self-adhesive back, and attach a good sized portion to the bottom of the mixer, to ensure it stays put.

Answer:	It has a textured surface and holds my projector very well without slipping. Of course in a hard angle may not be the case and you can use straps if you like. I see where that could work well. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I just purchased a case for the PIONEER XDJ-RX, IT'S 42 LBS without the controller or the 2U rack equipment it can hold. That's going to be close to 65 LBS if not over. Answer:	Loosening the collar allows you to raise and lower the height, and then tightening it does a pretty good job of holding the position of the upper tray. It does a very good job of holding the height, but I would say just a reasonable job of keeping the tray from turning from side to side. It holds the horizontal well enough so that it takes purposeful pressure to turn it, but does not "lock" it into position to the point where it would take the kind of pressure, say, that it would take to loosen a stuck lid on a jar. Still, it does tighten down well enough to keep the upper tray from swiveling freely, and will hold its horizontal position satisfactorily unless you bump it or push it with some intent.
Question:	Has anybody tried to pass it through security scan as carry on luggage at airports? Will it be allowed
Answer:	I haven't tried to bring it through an airport yet, but I can't imagine it would be a problem, especially if you take it out of it's carry bag for security scan. You can always call ahead to check.

Question:	Can I reverse the table clamps they they face forward instead of backwards
Answer:	I Could not even get it together... I sent it back. From my perspective I would not recommend anybody to buy this. I don’t believe that you could do anything like that, the holes don’t even a-line when you try to build it facing forward let alone anything reversed.

Answer:	The minimun height for this stand is about 7" if you lowered all the way down. Or put it all the way up in a safe way will give you around 1 feet under the computer to the table, basically you can seat another computer under the computer seated in the stand.
