Answer:	You need some GoPro anti-fog inserts. Both GoPro and several third party brands make and sell them on Amazon. Take the empty dive housing and place one anti-fog inserts on the left inner side, another on bottom inner side, load the GoPro camera into the dive housing and secured the waterproof latch/fastener.
