Answer:	Multiple sizes I'm not too good with the sizes but I can tell you it's the best set of cooking knives I've owned. For someone who loves to cook for a large family, I definitely recommend it. Answer:	I put the blade in a vise with the edge to be sharpened facing away from me, pulling back while the drill operates outs pressure on the grindstone not the plastic, don't need a lot of pressure, works for me hope this helps.

Answer:	This was a gift for my son. I did open the box and check out all the knives and measure them. As far as I know they were all there. My son loves them and uses them every day. If you didn't receive the chef knife I'm sure amazon will stand by the product as well as Henckels. Measure, I think the photo of the chef knife is deceiving. 8" isn't as long as you think it is. It's the length of the knife and handle. I have a chef knife that is 15" long and that's what I thought I was getting. However my son loves them and he uses them daily. Perhaps you can just order a chef knife with a longer blade and handle. Good luck. I still feel that it was a good price for what I was getting.

Answer:	Leather part is 9" high, 11" wide, 5" deep...I have two of them on the rear of my Cruiser Bike. Because the leather straps are long, you can easily carry a rolled-up jacket or exercise mat above the pouch itself and tighten the lid/flap over it quite well. I waxed them to help with rain. They are not waterproof, and not really designed to get wet, but so far mine have gotten wet and they seem to take it well enough. I'd keep them loosly open when not using the bike, to avoid any mildew.
