Answer: | I was able to with to mine. You’ll notice it will say something like, Refurbished by DJI on the Box. So you go on DJI’s Website and where you buy the DJI Care it will ask you for the serial number. Once you put that in correctly it will allow you to purchase the Care Plan. However if you Serial Number Starts with a Zero (0) and you put in an O it will not go through and you’ll have to redo the serial number until you get it correct. |

Answer: | I don't know for sure. I do know that the Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom are interchangeable but with these being "Smart" batteries that interface directly with the software there may be some differences internally that we don't see. I would direct that question to DJI's website. |
