With the exception of 2 fuel pots per each setting.

Answer:	Plug it into an outlet. Place cooked food in trays, with a tiny amount of liquid to maintain a little steam to keep food moist. Keep lids on, or food will get cold. I usually put masking tape over utensil openings to keep heat from escaping. It won't matter after service starts. Purpose of this is to have many dishes hot at the time of guests arrival, just sit down to eat and don't worry about running to and from stove. I own five servers, can accommodate a dinner for 40 guests.

The sternos and serving utensils are great (comes with three holding wire racks for the pans as well. Great price for this item. Hard to say how many it can serve because I do not know what type of food you are putting in it.

Answer:	Our folks often use the Door to lift the unit, thus bending and/or loosening the hinges. They just seem unable to stop themselves from doing it. The bottom of the Door is apparently just too nice of a handle for them not to use! You can buy replacement white door gasket and replacement hinges. Easier fixes than getting folks to pay attention to how they are lifting these. Last 2 I purchased here during manufacturing they really screwed up the heads of the stainless screws in the hinges so we have been unable to tighten those hinges. We will replace those screws when we have time to use EZ outs to remove the screws. So a simple job of tightening the hinges is now more complicated due to a manufacturing issue. The first 2 I purchased here were fine.

Answer:	we have been using this tray for Shabbos for the past 2.5 years, for our family of 6 but occasionally we have guests. We use it plugged into a timer. On Friday night we have mostly warm food, so not much pre-heating needed and the timer turns the plate off after the meal. The next day, we preheat about two hours before mealtime. It works just as well as the day we first bought it and no complaints.

Question:	how many times i can use it
Answer:	I’m not sure but the seller doesn’t pack the items well. They wrapped them in a mail bag with bubble wrap, half of the ones I received were bent. Had to send pictures that they were destroyed before they sent new ones, then the remained the new ones the same way. The new ones were slightly bent so I just threw them out and bought at costco.

Answer:	The instructions are to never put food directly on the surface of the warmer, so yes, must use a dish. I think it won't be super easy to clean, so that may be a factor as well as caution about not touching it when heated.

Answer:	I haven’t had that problem. Maybe make sure that the surface and/or bottom of pans are not wet.
Question:	can you put appetizers directly onto the tray or do they have to be in a dish
Answer:	Hi As long as you keep it on the “warm” setting it will work Also there is no automatic shut-off however if you use a plug timer that will work

Question:	Will the 2-tray server hold a 9x13 dish
Answer:	Of course it will keep it hot longer than 3 hours if you keep it plugged in. The issue here is that the food will dry out, so it is not recommended. I kept refills in the fridge, microwaved them before refilling and everything was fresh throughout the party. Worked very well.
Question:	How come so many say unit did not come with lid holders (others say it does and this page says it does)??? and, does this unit require hot water
Answer:	Unplug it. It does not have a off switch.
Question:	why does it only keep food warm for up to 3 hours
Answer:	We had ours on for 18 hours during a gathering this summer, but never as long as 24 hours. It does get very hot, so I would assume that it would be fine on a stone surface or anything that holds up to the heat. We love ours!
Question:	Do you have to unplug it to turn it off, or does it have an OFF switch
Answer:	no longer than 5 minutes
