Answer:	It's not, but it's very easy to put together. Took me about 30-35 minutes. The instructions were very clear, and a good tip: make sure you use something to hold the 3 cables that come up through the pole, so they don't creep back down while putting the bike together. I used a piece of string and tied the other end to a screwdriver.
Question:	Why isn’t my device turning on
Answer:	Make sure the belt is on correctly. Ours arrived with the belt detached and there was no resistance. As we have used it, the resistance becomes easier. I am not sure if this due to the fact that my legs are getting stronger or the belt is stretching a bit- or both!
