Answer:	Yes..it’s a hard plastic. It isn’t like the Cooper unbreakable plates. I ordered two of these and they both arrived cracked. Better to purchase from a hardware store.

Answer:	I only used the single and double gang for applicable applications. What I can say is they did fit the dimensions of the box as I had cut the backsplash tile tight and some over the boxes. I did very minor shaving of the corners, just to round more as there is a bit more depth of material on the very corners. I will admit, I was tired of grinding the tile corners out but a 60grit diamond dremel bit was good for both triming the extender and grinding the tile where needed to get it off the face edges of the box so these would fit. That said, and having to work with 4 gang boxes I would try 2 - 2 gang extenders as this will allow more room for putting the outlet/switch into place and less 'alignment' of more components. If needed I will certainly be ordering these again as they are solid, easy to work with and completely extend box with no gaps (keeping sparks, if any, within the box as the boxes were meant to do in the first place). Might need longer screws depending on the depth of extenders you require. Customer service was responsive too but had nothing to do with product, only USPS loosing item in shipping 3 times. Once item was in hands of USPS it was out of sellers control yet they responded promptly and went the extra mile.

Answer:	It's a medium size pan, probably 5 quarts. You could cook a good amount of pasta in it but not a large batch. The only thing I don't like about this pan is that it is so rough on the bottom, it damaged my smooth cooktop really bad.

Answer:	I went to the Bialetti web site which stated the company originated in Italy in 1919 and is still in business today. However, I couldn't find any mention of where the pots are actually manufactured.
Question:	Are the handles screwed on or attached with rivets that can be seen from inside the pot? Screwed on handles almost always get loose
Answer:	They have screws that can be tightened. The problem I had is the lid handle kept coming unscrewed. Then the tab that keeps it from turning broke off. Trying to find a replacement. I love the pot, hate the plastic.

Answer:	The needle is about the inches long, it fits inside the cylinder of the for storage. I've had these before and bought these as a replacement for on that went bad. The only down side is the plunger always come loose.

Answer:	As far as I can tell, this device communicates with the manufacturer's servers for all functionality. If you have no Internet, you probably won't be able to control this device. However, I have read that some hardware modifications can be made that will break that connection, allowing you to use a local (on-your-network) service like openHAB. I can't confirm this works, as I have not tried it. I don't like that the WiOn app prompts for my ZIP Code just to set up this device, that doesn't make me trust their motivations since there seems to be no valid reason to collect that data for what this device does, so I am definitely tempted to try to modify mine and break that connection. (Not to mention that centralizing all "smart home" device control through openHAB just makes sense.) But for now I'm using their service with the device and putting up with the potential risks of that.

Answer:	The short answer is yes! When each timer is set up you can have different settings for each timer. After they are set up you can also edit the settings for each timer. Program and change to your hearts desire, this is a great product, easy to set up, and will fulfill the duty of any outdoor timer need.
Question:	Is this a sheet metal pot or cast iron
Answer:	Yes, 100% this works with Alexa. You do have to enable it in the WiOn app, you do need to know you amazon account , etc. I had 3 of this for Christmas. One on the front porch, one on the patio and one in the courtyard. I had one group called "Christmas" , ALEXA TURN CHRISTMAS ON, and it would turn on all three outlets (along with my WiMO Christmas Tree. I also could say "ALEXA TURN COURTYARD ON/OFF", ..."PATIO", and "PORCH". I would say I'm very tech savvy, and I could have it connected to Alexa from box opening /config in way less than 10 minutes. I also know my WIFI SSID, userid, password, I know I have coverage (good signal) with the door closed, etc. . If my dad asked if he could do it, I would immediately go walk him through it and it would probably take 45-60 minutes, depending on how many times he needed to reset his password. I share this because I am sure it "doesn't" work for some people, but based on my experience with 3 of them you should feel confident that they will work. I kept hoping the three pack would come back in stock, or I wouldn't have even noticed this question. :-)

Answer:	The lowest point on my Neo arm is 8", desktop to the top of the round button for vertical adjustment as my review stated mine requires padded channel-lock pliers to operate I would not recommend this one.
