Answer:	I don't know the limit, but I have put my oven setting on "broil" and it works fine. I line the paper with aluminum foil so the cleanup is easy. I love it.

Question:	Are there labels on the bottom of every pan
Answer:	No. There is a label (more like a piece of glossy paper) held in place by removable glue in the top pan. Take the label off, remove the glue patches (usually 4 small thumb size globs, peels right off) and your ready to go. I can’t remember if they came in groups of two, five or just the full 25. If grouped, then each group has a label. So easy! Nothing is on the bottom of the pan.
Question:	I need a 10/ in 10 or a little smaller
Answer:	There are some pans smaller. I use the 9x10 for small ants of meat or veggies.
Question:	Do these have the built in liner to absorb grease
Answer:	No, wish they did. There is another brand that does make the broiler pans with grease absorbing liner but they only come in packs of 3 & it ends up being pretty expensive if you use them often, which I do. These in the 25 pack are good & I’ve not had any problems with them.
