Question:	Whats the difference between ena 1 micro and a1 machines
Answer:	I got introduced to the Jura because we have the Ena Micro 1 at my office. I love the coffee it makes and literally drink about 6 per day. I bought the A1 for home thinking it would be about the same, maybe slightly improved because of PEP and upgraded grinder. I was actually disappointed by the A1. I found that the coffee tasted weak (I used the same beans as we’d been using at the office), and just didn’t have as much flavor. I used it for about 10 days at home before ordering an Ena Micro 1 to try along side it before returning one of them because I thought it was possible I was imagining that the A1 wasn’t as good. I found that yes in fact even side by side the Ena Micro 1 just makes better tasting coffee, even after several cups, beans from the same bag (medium roast Toms Malawi), same grinder knob position (original default), and with water amount programmed the same. I know the A1 sounds awesome when you read the enhancements, but I really feel confident that the Ena makes stronger coffee that to me tastes better.

Question:	I noticed that the bottom tray collects a significant amount of diluted coffee/water liquid that is not from the pre/post rinse. is there a leak
Answer:	All of these types of machines will have a small amount of overflow water that leaks into the drip tray. If it’s excessive, there may be an issue, most of which can be fixed yourself. The drip tray should be emptied after each use as the liquid will accumulate and eventually spill over. It’s not exclusive to this machine, it’s all expresso machines designed like this, including other brands. I use to have a Lattisama that I thought was broken, but it turns out it was completely normal. Tips for Using Hipresso Coffee Machine

1. Never run the coffee machine when the water tank is empty.

2. The amount of coffee beans shall not exceed one day usage amount.

3. Do not use raw milk. Use milk at refrigerator temperature (3-5℃）

4. Do not add hot water or freezing water into the water tank.

5. Use freshly roasted espresso beans (avoid caramelized beans and damped beans).

6. Store coffee beans in a cool, dark and dry container. Vacuum sealed if possible.

NOTE: Each machine has been tested with coffee beans on the production line. Although it has been carefully cleaned, there may be some coffee residues left. The machine is absolutely new.

Answer:	Yes, you can make a tall coffee with this machine. You can manipulate the amount of beans per grind to make less strong coffee. You can leave your cup under the spout and program 2 cups, which will give you a talker cup of coffee.
Question:	What are the best brands of coffee beans to use with this machine? Some reviews say its fussy with oily beans
Answer:	We bought our first Gaggia Brera in 2014. It was perfect for 5 years. We had no issues with grinding, and after much daily use, the machine wore out, and we purchased a new one in 2019. YIKES! The amount of money that we have wasted on beans is insane. Unfortunately, the grinder will grind up a full shot of beans and then reject them, so each time this happens, money is dumped out. Much worse, to buy such an expensive machine and then be forced into only very particular brands of coffee is unfair to the consumer. We love a number of independent roasters, and this machine's grinder sensor will accept one bag of beans and reject the next of the exact same brand. We did some research and found that most Italian companies are using the same sensors on their grinders, so this is an issue in many fully-automatics. Gaggia, I beg of you to rectify this problem. You have an excellent machine, but this one issue ruins the whole thing. We are considering junking this machine after 10 months of use. Sending it for repairs doesn't solve the sensor issue, and the repairs (even under warranty) are extremely costly because of shipping.
