Question:	is the espresso hot
Answer:	The espresso is hot but it takes a little bit to steam the milk, in the event you want a latte. Having said that, i have used mine almost daily since i purchased it. No problems so far and it paid for itself within the first week, in terms of what i would have paid at the cafe. I have gotten the best results with espresso roast ground one notch larger than espresso grind, although lavazza works perfectly right out of the can or bag. Hope it helps!

Question:	From your experience, does this machine produce a nice foam after using it for a while
Answer:	My Friend. There ARE plenty of YouTube videos that actually demonstrate how to use the top hand air pump to double as a milk froather. I haven't tried it myself, yet with just examining each piece of the equipment, looks like it will work. The upper plunger hand air pump will force a jet of pressurized air into the milk that can and does fit in the extra glass tumbler that comes with the kit. So, when you finish with pressing your espresso, then you can portion half the spare glass tumbler, take the plunger pump off the device, submerge the lower tip into the milk and carefully press down the pump to force the jet of air into the milk, making it eventually froath up. One component, double duty, pressurize the hot water chamber to 15-20 bars pressure than forces the hot water through the ground coffee puck, then when detached, press the plunger to force a jet of air to froath up milk in the second glass tumbler to finish making your cappuccino.
Question:	My lattes are cold. What am I doing wrong? The espresso is hot, but when I put the frothed milk in, it chills it. Steam longer and too frothy
Answer:	You fill it with hot water, then pump to pressurize the vessel and push water through the grinds. So the resultant temperature is a function of how hot the water is when you pour it in. Pushing the water through to make espresso is quick once the container is filled so the water does not cool down too much.
Question:	What size tamper do you use with this machine? 51 or 53 mm? It looks like the 58 would be too large
Answer:	The base is made of ABS, a common and inexpensive plastic material (same as used to make the black waste pipes used in homes). If my base cracked, I would either 1) try to get a replacement from the manufacturer under the warranty, 2) repair it with cyanoacrylate glue, or 3) cement it together with ABS glue (available at hardware stores). I recommend keeping it out of the sunlight as much as possible, as it deteriorates under UV light.
Question:	Is the boiler made of aluminum, and does aluminum otherwise come in contact with the water
Answer:	you can use the poder container to press the rubber gasket a little. please don't worry, the rubber gasket was made to keep the filter stay in place, a little dislocation won't influence the coffee you make.

Answer:	Yes they can. There are two filters included with this machine and one is specifically designed to fit ESE pods.
Question:	More espresso comes from the right spigot than the left. Has anyone else had this problem? I literally get twice as much from the right side
Answer:	It could be your grind. It could also be the way you are tampering it. Those 2 things will throw your shots of espresso off.

Answer:	Option #1: Buy Nespresso vertuo capsules @ $1.20 ea Option #2: I use a My-Cap($13) w/AeroPress Micro-Filter($0.014) in a cleaned out Vertuo capsule. This method allows me to use my preferred coffee freshly ground in a burr grinder. (Fine grind/not espresso fine) The My-Cap disk is VERY expensive for what you get but it works. The 10 cent My-Cap filters don't work as well as the AeroPress filters which are available on Amazon as well as Target, etc., for a fraction of the price. Remove foil from the Vertuo capsule, clean and use over & over. The Vertuo capsule is made of thin aluminum that has a necessary bar-code printed on the underside of the lip. Capsule is somewhat fragile so handle with care and it should last indefinitely. Results: Freshly ground coffee of your choice at a fraction of the cost, about $0.20 win win win. Answer:	Nespresso is, to put it simply, the brand name of a coffee machine. Other brands are available but Nespresso is one of the largest in the world. Typically they include coffee capsules (also known as coffee pods) to be inserted into the machine in question. But you really have to tack on the model of the machine when you talk about Nespresso brand. Lattissima is a specific range of Nespresso machines and represents a product line under the Nespresso brand. Typically, Lattissima machines refer to Nespresso machines designed milk-based espresso coffee (the clue is in the name – think latte!). They almost always have a milk tank clearly visible in the front of the machine by default. Question:	why does it say 5 bar is it 15 bar or not
Answer:	This unit is fine for the beginner making espresso.espresso truly only requires 11 bars of pressure to produce a fine shot,as this unit does produce 15 bars of pressure since the grind is coarser than most espresso machines use .a standard grinder at its most very fine setting should produce a good shot ,if the coffee comes out like water however you’ll need a better grinder for a more fine grind.a 25 second shot which will look like a mouse tail is what you’ll be after..👍🤠☕️

Answer:	depends where you bought it, buy it in the USA and it's definitely 110, buy it in Europe, it's 220. Buy it in Mexico or Argentina or Nigeria, and it will work on the voltage of each country. If you import it into your country you may have a problem, so buy it locally.
Question:	If I'm making espresso for 2, can 2 espresso-sized mugs fit? the pictures show only a single mug
Answer:	Yes. Place one under each port side by side. They will be close together.
Question:	Does the creme come out consistently or does it flow out water like and gross? How many shots can you get out per pull
Answer:	If you are referring to the crema, then the answer is that works like any other machine with a pressurized filter works, i.e. it does not produce a crema, what looks like crema is merely a result of aeration resulting from squeezing through the single hole in the pressurized filter. You can, however, purchase a non-pressurized filter (Mr. Coffee 4101), and with practice you can get an excellent 1/2 inch crema.
