I don't know, but a while back I learned from hearing the Vanilla Queen (Google her) on radio that GMO yeasts are used to produce the so-called "natural flavor" of vanilla. This has become such a widespread practice that it actually threatens the cultivation/production of real vanilla orchids for the real Vanilla. I would not necessarily shun this product just because of the GMO yeasts, but I LOVE real vanilla (my favorite flavor) and really HATE the taste of Solgar's *vanilla flavored* Whey to Go! Otherwise, I'd find it a superior product – better than any other protein powder I've tried – whey, pea, etc. I've intended for a while to go to Solgar's website to request that they try a version using *real vanilla*, since I otherwise love their product (mostly use chocolate flavor because of this). I've noticed at least one other Amazon reviewer complained about the weird "vanilla" taste. Whenever I get round to it, I plan to tell Solgar that I'd be willing to pay more for their product if they used real vanilla, rather than whatever their yucky "natural flavor" is.

Answer:	I am sorry but our Weight Gainer would not be suitable for your dog if they have a sensitivity to pork, beef, or chicken as we use raw ingredients derived from those animals.

Answer:	The packaging and directly from Bully Max when I asked said it was good for all types, breeds, sizes of dogs. We give this to our two YORKIE’s and all our prior breeds of dogs. We have used this for more than 2 years now. Good product and helps dogs retain the nutrients and they poop less due to retaining the nutrients.

The only thing I go a little lighter on with the females would be the creatine.
