Answer:	Technically, you are only supposed to use Nespresso capsules so the answer is no. With that said, I've seen 3rd parties selling refillable capsules which you can fill with your own coffee - I have not tried these. With all that said, Nespresso has an amazing variety of coffee and coffee brewed in this machine feels gourmet and luxurious!
Question:	How much water to each capsule
Answer:	Each capsule has a barcode and automatically determines the appropriate amount of water needed for each capsule. (Example: 40 ml espresso, 153 ml coffee, and larger sizes as well)

Answer:	Yes! I have tried ALL different kinds of milk. It worked the first month then it stopped frothing. We used full fat heavy cream, we have used full fat coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk and NOTHING. We will be reaching out to DeLonghi because this has been an issue before from the research I have done. I am hoping they can replace the frother. All the best.

Answer:	I've not found any for the VertuoLine machines ... only earlier models... perhaps in time.

Question:	can you brew with K-cups
Answer:	Absolutely not! You can only brew with Nespresso's Vertuo cups. They are completely different and twice the cost of a K-cup. This is really excellent coffee and a luxury product.
Question:	I saw this item has a P65 cancer and reproductive harm warning. Can I get more information on this
Answer:	I used to be a barista and there is also reproductive harm warning for espresso machines due to the milk residue left on the tools used to froth the milk. We were trained to clean it very well after each use. I can’t remember why but I was trained that the milk froth left over was potentially hazardous, to pregnant women especially, so may be worth looking into the hazards regarding the frothed milk.

Answer:	Within the machine itself, there's not much to clean. The tray comes out will need rinsing off as extra coffee from the empty capsules accumulates. The frother needs to be cleaned after each use but is not dishwasher safe. Hot water and a little liquid detergent does the trick.

Answer:	It depends: 1) How many capsules you buy. If we go to extremes, buying only 10 capsules, each capsule will cost you 70cents + 70 cents shipping = 1.40$. If you buy 100 capsules, the price drops to 70 + 7=77 cents. In addition, I think shipping is free if you buy 200+ capsules.2) How much do you value having your coffee at home. I sometimes love to go to a coffee shop, but not _having_ to go when I am working in my office for example has a lot of value for me.3) Some brands sell capsules labelled as compatibles with Nespresso coffee machines for far less money. My experience with such a Spanish brand was very good. Still have to test a Canadian brand.Hope this helps in your decision making process ;)
Question:	There is a big price difference between this and the Pixie. Can someone comment on the differences? I assume they accommodate the same capsules
Answer:	The internals are supposedly the same so they should produce the same quality of espresso. That being said, I much prefer the Pixie. The external components appear to be much higher quality,with some metal parts vs plastic. The Pixie is made in Switzerland vs China or Romania for the Inissia. I prefer the design of the Pixie but that's a matter of personal preference. Lastly, the Pixie is 3/4" taller which means it fits my Nespresso travel mug, whereas the Inissia does not. If the price difference is less than $30, I'd get the Pixie. Above that and it becomes a tougher decision. The prices on these fluctuate quite a fit so I was able to buy the Pixie at a price close to the Inissia.

Answer:	You can put a larger cup right in front (but not inside) the machine, and use a much larger--including 12 oz--cup. I do that alot--no need to remove the pieces inside the machine. You can also program this machine easily to give you the volume you prefer (I have programmed my for 8 oz). But if you like really strong coffee, you might not want to do that.
Question:	Do the used cup go into a storage container within the machine
Answer:	Yes, when you lift the lever, the used capsules fall into a container below. It fits about 6 capsules. The container slides out like a drawer for emptying/cleaning.

Answer:	yes it comes with a tamper and measuring spoon and with an automatic capucino(that I do not use). I have used a few expresso machines and this one is the most reliable

Answer:	Nope. only 110v. You have to get into some higher end machines to get 220v.

Question:	I found out there is always coffee left in the capsule container on each brew. This doesn’t look normal to me. Do you have the same problem
Answer:	Two items that I would like to note: FIRST, the silicon valve in mine did not have a slit at all in it. I had to remove it and then used a sharp knife to carefully cut a slot in the bottom center of the valve. SECOND, I notice that if I just dropped the K-cup in the holder and then screwed on the reservoir, the needle in the bottom would not properly puncture the K-cup. Most of the time it would just smash the bottom of the K-cup. What I have found works the best is to drop the K-cup in the holder and then just press it into place using my thumbs until it was fully seated. Then attach the reservoir. Have not had any problems since I started doing this.
Question:	Does the vertuo next come in the same box as the aeroccino
Answer:	No. The 12 cup has a larger circumference so you need the next size.
Question:	Connects to BT but not wifi. Any ideas
Answer:	As with any gaskets, only change when you get a leak. Another suggestion is to finger tighten and prime with water so it's not dry. In past, I wrongly tightened it too much thus reduced life of gasket - just hand/finger tight will work with this wonderful product!
Question:	Is the coffee hot enough? Some people say no , is there a problem with their machine or are they to picky
Answer:	Bialetti is italian so I'd prefer to see the metric units used. 2 7/8" is not 70mm, it's 73mm. Does anyone know the actual size?

Answer:	Full Size cup of coffee. However the coffee is not that hot
Question:	How do you get it to not make the gross foam
Answer:	Hello, No, this unit is equipped with a one cup filter and two cup filter to work with grinding your own beans. You can not use the pods in this unit. If you want to use the pods, check out our model EC685M, EC860, these you can use the ESE pods. Hope this helps Thanks

Question:	Can you just froth milk by not putting a capsule in
Answer:	When it comes out of the brewer it's piping hot but it doesn't last unless you preheat your cup first! I have made this a habit (I microwave with the cup half full of water for 1 minute, 15 sec). I also preheat my cream or milk with the frother when adding it to my coffee. This isn't like your typical coffee brewer, for sure. It takes some getting used to. I find it's worth the extra effort to get a really great cup of coffee.
Question:	Does this do Lungo? I only see 3 buttons
Answer:	I have not made green tea k-cups however I can tell you that I was not very satisfied with the product and ended up pitching it in the trash.
Question:	What temperature does the milk steamer reach inside the machine
Answer:	Usually you infuse the tea for 3 or so minutes. It would seem that pumping hot water thru a tea bag in 30-60 seconds wouldn't get the full flavor out of the tea. But they do make tea K-cups. Maybe they put more tea in them than a tea bag??? So obviously I don't know!
Question:	Can you brew just coffee in this machine as well
Answer:	Yes, but it's a custom refillable cup. The only place you can buy replacements is from Presto. Consider this, because the likelihood of misplacing or damaging Presto's small and somewhat delicate refillable cup is pretty high. Currently, an entire MyJo is cheaper at Amazon ($9.54) than Presto's custom refillable cup is from Presto ($14.99).
