Answer:	As of June 3rd, no. A Super Mario Bros 2 theme with Shy Guys, radishes, and birdy have not been mentioned or even hinted at. The five game modes are Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 3, Super Mario World, New Super Mario Bros, and Super Mario 3D World. At this point, Nintendo has not overtly hinted at or talked about any other game modes or DLC. Super Mario Maker 2 is about making and playing games "2-gether", not in the Mario "2" style. There's really no need to take bets on possible features, since you can just buy the game the day it comes out. If you're still thinking of pre-ordering, I would recommend waiting until after Nintendo's E3 Press Conference on June 8th.
