Question:	Will this get hot enough to boil water for pour over coffee
Answer:	No. This is a warmer to keep already brewed coffee hot. It is not capable of heating cold water into boiling water.

Answer:	If you have a Bunn coffee maker the dimensions are the same for the area that holds the coffee pot. If you don’t hand a Bunn coffee maker, the dimensions are that of any 10-12 cup coffee maker where the coffee pot sits.
Question:	Will this work with the cheaper consumer bunn coffee pot
Answer:	Yes. I purchased it for my outdoor kitchen so I can make coffee inside and keep it got outside. Works great.
Question:	Can coffee mugs be used on this
Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend it with a mug. I’ve been using the Chemex carafe on mine and as long as there’s enough coffee in the carafe it works well. But it also has gotten hot enough to boil the coffee if the level gets low or sits there long enough. Without any way to control the temp, you’ve got to keep an eye on it and switch it off if it starts to boil. I live at 6,300 feet, and water boils at between 203-204 F, or so. Your mileage may vary.

Answer:	I don’t see why you couldn’t use it with stainless steel. However, be careful because it gets hot. Make sure it doesn’t slip off the plate.

Answer:	First use cold 2% milk. Second fill the container about halfway. Third put the cover on securely. Fourth take the plunger in the center with your right hand and hold the pitcher with your left on the top. Fifth take the plunger and move it vigorously up and down rapidly for anywhere from 15 to 30 seconds. Six remove the cover. Seven pour over your coffee. Eighth stir some of it into your coffee and enjoy.
Question:	No instructions whatsoever! Did I get all the parts? How does it work
Answer:	I'm no expert but this works for me: Fill the pot no more than half full with heated (not boiling) milk (or heat the milk right in the stainless pot on the stove). Secure the lid and pump the movable plunger up and down through the milk as fast as you can. Temperature of the milk, atmospheric pressure and pumping will affect the thickness of the foam. The result will be creamy and not stiff like meringue. Keep experimenting if you don't succeed at first!
Question:	Has anyone tried this with soy milk (e.g., Silk?) If so, how is the foam
Answer:	Soy milk is very easy to froth and this pot does a good job.
Question:	can I heat milk in this? on the stove
Answer:	It is stainless steel, as long as you remove the lid it is fine, I heat mine on the stove everyday with no problem! The lid has plastic in it so it is important to heat it up without the lid. Be sure to use a potholder because the handle gets hot. I put it on a heat disperser pan to heat it up slower and prevent that skin that can develop on the milk, and it keeps the pot looking new, but if you heat it up on low heat, without the lid, and watch it, it should be fine.

Answer:	I didn't time it, but I know it's a lot faster than microwave. I'd be getting my cups and my matcha ready and before I was done, the water was already done, whereas if I was doing it in the microwave, I would still be waiting for the water. Question:	Can this be used for large jar candles to melt and dispense the scent? I like it has an on/off switch
Answer:	The hot plate portion is only 3 1/2 inches in diameter, if your candle bottom is any larger it won't make contact with the heat.
Question:	What is the temperature of the plate at its lowest setting? I'm worried about deforming a piece of cheap plastic
Answer:	The temperature is 104 degrees. I do not believe it deform your cup. If you place the cup in the dishwasher you will have no issues on this setting.
Question:	Any suggestions for footless mugs to use with this? i.e. no indent or ridge on the bottom
Answer:	I use the Vobaga warmer to maintain temperature of coffee in Corelle 11 oz. mugs which have an indent on the bottom. It does a great job.
Question:	Can this be used with plastic (Starbuck) cups
Answer:	NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! This can only be used with ceramic, metal, or other heat proof cups. There is a warning on the slip in the box that states this. It has 3 heat settings and even on the coolest (lukewarm at best), I wouldn't place a plastic cup of any kind on it. This is one of the best coffee warmers I've ever owned. I can even keep my soup hot on it on the highest setting.

Answer:	I found the quality to be very high and it’s use to be very comfortable. The quality of the steel resembles surgical steel. One important thing is that the handle does not heat up. I mostly use it for making Turkish coffee.
