Question:	Is the software disk or downloads
Answer:	The Software is downloads. ProTools first requires internet connection and has a small cloud coverage, they want you to buy more space. My ProTools sessions won’t open in ProTools first. I believe the AIR Instruments it comes with requires an Ilok dongle and Ilok account for activation. The HDH 40 Headphones are cheap made compared to the HDH 50s. The Mic is ok, the interface is nice made and nice looking. It’s worth the money Guitar Center still carries the only interface this one isn’t really circulated yet!

(The first part of the product title on Amazon is, "Pop Filter,PEMOTech Upgraded Three Layers Metal Mesh & Foam & Etamine Layer Microphone Windscreen Cover Handheld Mic Shield Mask"). It IS a tight fit and I struggled a bit to get it on, but with a pair of tweezers I was able to get it in place and it hasn't budged since.

Answer:	I've used it on an Apple laptop in GarageBand, but I really do not think it was meant for use on cell phones. At the very least, it does not have the connectors for either.

Answer:	The same thing happened to me. I was looking for some big technical issue while overlooking the obvious...turn up the knob next to the headphone jack. Hope you're just having the same "senior moment" as I did.

Answer:	I've had my casio for over a year now and have had no problems with the keys. I like the piano very much.

Answer:	I connect my WK660 to my computer via usb cable, and immediately it is recognized by Windows. I use FL Studio, so I just go to MIDI settings and select Casio in the list for output/input MIDI. Thats it. THen I can use my KW660 as a MIDI controller
Question:	When the controller is placed on a desk, what is the height (precisely measured if possible) from the desk surface to the top of the white keys
Answer:	It has piano-style keys but they are not weighted.
Question:	Are the keys full sized, like a real piano keyboard, or are they smaller, like many other keyboards
Answer:	No, it does not. The only way to add voice would be to plug in to an external amp/speaker that also had a microphone. The external device would also need an output to a recording device.

Answer:	Highly unlikely. As driver support for that version of windows has stopped completely from microsoft itself. If it is going to work i think you would have quite the task ahead of you in order for it to work.

Answer:	I am not sure however I think it should as long as the UNO has the proper Win 10 drivers. I use it with WIN 7 and a Roland JV 1080 Synth Module as well as a Roland XP 50 keyboard. My DAW is Cakewalk Sonar

Answer:	My friend let me borrow the 36 dollar midi to usb adapter that you had referred too and it worked great. I bought the victsing midi and it came broken. I don't know if they all are low quality but I knew the M-Audio USB Midisport Uno MIDI... has held up for years in my friends keeping and a year in mine. I wanted something reliable and that I knew would work and last.

Answer:	I think the connector you are referring is PS/2, so no the Midisport will no fit in your keyboard. The Midisport Uno converts MIDI to usb and usb to MIDI.

Does the Code series keyboard controllers require drivers?

The Code series keyboards is a class compliant MIDI device and as such can automatically be used as an instrument with any music creation software or DAW. 

 

Can I use the Code series with external MIDI equipment?

Yes. The Code series can be used to control additional outboard MIDI gear such as Rack Synth Modules, Drum Machines etc. by using the available 5-pin MIDI Out port on the back. To send MIDI directly from the keyboard, press EDIT and press the key labeled MIDI OUT until the display reads ""Mid On"" to indicate the MID port has been activated. 

 

How can I perform a Factory Reset?

If you need to reset the keyboard to factory settings, power off the keyboard and hold down both Pad Octave buttons (+ and -) while powering the keyboard back on. The screen will flash ""RESET"" for one second and return to normal operation.
