Answer:	Yes, just be sure that it is locked. After a year or so, my seal sometimes leaks. Right after I pour my coffee in and twist the top on, I tip it upside down over the sink to see if it leaks. If it does, then I take off the top and put it back on again. That usually works and it stays sealed until I fill it again.

Answer:	I did not put anything thick in them so I'm not sure if that would be a problem. However, these bags have a seem that runs down the sides if I remember correctly so that would make them more prone to burst when squeezed for extended amounts of time. I would try using Wilton brand bags to be sure. I have never had a Wilton bag burst on me yet.

Answer:	For me, the snapseal is better. Both will provide a complete seal with no spilling. The auto seal mechanism means the mug is always sealed, and you depress a button to activate a spring mechanism to allow flow through the spout. The snapseal you flip up and it opens, but it stays open until you flip the mechanism down. Here is why the snapseal is better - over time the spring mechanism in the autoseal will accumulate "coffee product" in and around the spring, which is difficult to clean without completely disassembling the lid. The snapseal doesn't accumulate this material, and is much easier to clean because it is a simpler mechanism overall.
