Answer:	I have made a bundt with and without a sheet underneath. It won't overflow if it's filled only 3/4 full, but it will brown much more if you don't use the pan underneath. This said at 45 minutes bake time both ways.

Question:	How high are the sides
Answer:	Outer height is 2 3/8". Inner height is 2 1/8". That's about 1/4" shallower than my other 7" springform pan (which is no longer available).
Question:	Can you stack 2 of these in the instant pot for two seperate cheesecakes at one time
Answer:	Yes, 2 will easily stack in the 6qt Instant Pot.
Question:	Will this 7" springform pan fits in the Instant Pot 6Qt
Answer:	Yes it will fit in the 6Qt Instant Pot. That is the exact reason I purchased it also.
Question:	Can I cook lasagna
Answer:	Yes you can. I haven't tried it yet because I'm waiting to get the 7" parchment paper rounds to use with my pan. I had a hard time getting the cheesecake off the pan, so I ordered the parchment rounds to use with the pan. I have seen a few recipes online for lasagna in this size pan and made in the Instant Pot.
