Answer:	This should work well, I have used a WIlton 9x13 for Pork shoulder roasts up to 5 lbs with great results so I know this pan can be used for a variety of things.

Answer:	i have the Breville BOV845BSS, and it fits in there. both have the same exterior dimensions, and both say they fit a 13" pizza. so i would assume it fits. i just looked up both trying to figure out the difference. the model i have has a slow cook feature, the light turns on when the cooking is done, and it's $40 cheaper (unless you want red or black).

How It’s Made: Naturals Bakeware

Our Naturals bakeware starts out as a solid coil of aluminum, weighing several thousand pounds. The coil is fed into a press, which first performs a ‘blanking’ operation to cut out the rough shape of the pan. Next, it is roughly formed to resemble the shape of the finished pan. Finally, a galvanized steel rim, which gives rigidity to the pan, is added, and the edges of the pan are curled around the steel rim to encapsulate it fully. Our galvanized steel rims are formed on-site at Nordic Ware too; they begin as long metal rod and go through a series of bending maneuvers to be properly sized for each pan. After all of the metalworking is complete, the pan is sent to be washed and packed. One of the great aspects of manufacturing with pure aluminum is that it is highly recyclable, so any scrap metal that is produced during our production process can be re-melted down and used again.

Nordic Ware was founded in 1946 by a determined wife, Dotty, and her resourceful husband Dave, newly back from the second world war. With only 500 dollars in their pockets, a few good ideas and a desire to create a business of their own, a humble kitchenware company was launched from the basement of their home in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Answer:	It should work for that purpose. You should note though that the pans are raw aluminum and as such cannot be washed in the dishwasher as they will discolor. We recommend lining the pans with parchment paper to aid in cleanup as well as limit exposure and chemical reaction of the food with aluminum.

Answer:	aluminum reacts to acid it only discolors the pan. So yes it does however it only discolors the pan as does washing in dishwasher. Pan still performs just fine.

Question:	Is this completely 100% stick free? No greasing the pan
Answer:	No. Not even close. I bought this a while back mostly because of the size of the pan an was supposed be stick free. The has to lined with foil, and it doesn't work well if PAM is sprayed into it. Poor quality. Find a better product even if it costs more.

Use and Care for Natural Aluminum

• Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.

• Dishwasher use is not advised as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.

• Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.

• Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance

• Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
