Answer:	Not sure. I did Google this for you & found an answer: A grommet that is 1/4” larger than the rod diameter slides smoothly along the rod. I hope this helps. You could also ask someone where draperies are sold, JC Penny, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc.

Answer:	My rod is nickelplated and the curtains slide nicely with no residue coming off.

Answer:	Stacy is wrong about the rod. It's definitely metal. At 120" the middle bracket must be used. This is the smallest diameter rod you can get, if your curtains are heavy, yes it will sag a small amount to either side of the middle. Be realistic, if your curtains are heavy get a 3/4" or 1" rod set. With that said, I have fairly heavy curtains spanning 122" and they don't really sag.
Question:	How do these open after they’re mounted so the curtains can be washed
Answer:	Some clarity.... so you mean one has to basically unscrew FROM THE WALL each time the curtain needs to come off? Unlike in the standard installation rods where one can simply lift the rod off of the wall mounted bracket (without having to unscrew them) and remove the curtain? Even though I don't think I'll have to wash the curtain THAT often, I would still think that repeated unscrewing / screwing of the rod from the wall over a period would strip / weaken the holes / rod / installation?

Answer:	I don’t think that would work. The weight of the rod, rings, and curtain would be too much for command hooks/strips

Answer:	I’d suggest buying two sets of curtains (4 panels) for that wide of a window. You want there to be gathers and not look like you have a sheet hanging taut. A curtain rod that long will come with extra brackets. If you screw 3 or 4 to the wall but have 4 curtain panels, when you open them you’d pull the far left and the far right to the outside. You’re right, the curtains won’t be able to pull across the extra support bracket, so then you’ll pull the inner 2 towards the middle. It would almost look as if you framed 2 windows when you have the curtains open but totally normal when they’re shut. This looks good. I have a 12x8 ft. window where I did this. You have no choice but to use the extra support brackets so this solution works well.

Answer:	Our window is 60" wide, and I wanted 12" on either side for the curtains to "stack", so the two end brackets are about 84" apart. We used TWO rod pieces for that length. I bought another curtain rod set for the French doors in the next room. I will measure and let you know if I used 2 or 3 rod pieces for that curtain.
