Question:	does it come with a remote control
Answer:	Yes it does, however it has a transmitter that needs to be installed. Which we did not do, because ours is on a dimmer switch.

Answer:	I do not have a light but the fan does have the capability of adding one.
Question:	can this be flush mounted
Answer:	I do not believe so. Mine came with a 6 inch rod (as shown in the picture). You would need to search for "ceiling hugger" fans for a flush mount.
