Question:	Many peelers take too deep of a peel off the potato or carrot, wasting vitamins. How does this one perform in that regard
Answer:	This peeler is VERY sharp. And that's a good thing. But if you are too aggressive it can take off a deep peel. So take a breath and don't attack that cucumber, just use less pressure. Your veggie will thank you, and so will your arm.
Question:	Do you use this by peeling away from yourself? I have one that looks just like this, but (I'm a righty) you have to peel towards yourself! No good
Answer:	I bought this because it is ideal for peeling small things, like small potatoes, or an apple. I find its size so helpful - you can hold the object with your thumb and peel towards your body using your remaining fingers. That's the way my mother taught me and for me it's still the most efficient way to peel. I bought a super sharp peeler that you pull and found it too heavy and cumbersome. And useless for anything small. Also the wide blade crosswise to the handle was just super inconvenient. Maybe I'm getting old, but I had a hard time making it connect and then pulling.

The item received has no brand or origin markings, was in a generic plastic bag, and says on the bag's label "Made in China". It fell apart on first use; the blade detached from the metal swivel shaft. It's going back, will try to reorder from a seller with good feedback to get a genuine Linden peeler.

Answer:	This is still new for me but so far I've used it to peel potatoes, carrots, squash and cucumbers. So far only julienned potatoes. Works great!

Answer:	They vary a little with technique, but the cooked result is about the size of spaghetti or just a little larger when constant pressure is applied. Length depends on the vegetable and if you cut it. Raw size is a little larger. It makes about 8 strips per inch width of vegetable.
Question:	How wide is the usuable part of the blade on this julienne peeler
Answer:	Thanks for your question. The usable portion of the Julienne side is just a hair over 1.75 inches in width. The regular serrated side is 1.875 inches in width. And the overall width of the head is about 3.44 inches. Hope this helps!
Question:	Is this dishwasher safe or do I have to wash this by hand
Answer:	Thanks for your question. Our peelers are indeed dishwasher safe and can be run in a normal cycle, but most of our customers don't really even need to send it through a full cycle. Most are doing a fine job cleaning it by simply using warm water and a soft brush. One thing you should NOT do is use a hard, abrasive brush or cleaner such as steel wool because that would ruin the finish. Additionally, if you have well water or hard water, it is suggested to wash by hand and dry fully. Hardwater contains excess iron which may cause rust on stainless steel objects when left wet and exposed to air.

Question:	I have seen comments that this peeler needs directions. What is the "trick" to get it to work
Answer:	Hmm... I'm not sure why it needs directions. One side is a regular straight bladed peeler, and the other side is a julienne peeler, which is used in the same way but cuts the food in thin strips. For example, it can be used to make zucchini into spaghetti-like strips and used in place of pasta.
Question:	Does it Peel in both directions like the Titan peeler? or Only one direction
Answer:	I just received this peeler and it has opposing blades on the peeler side (not the julienne side) so I don't see why it wouldn't peel in both directions like the Titan peeler.
Question:	Can I make zucchini noodles with this
Answer:	That's why I bought it. It works great. I left the zucchini skin on and went through the entire piece. You could easily avoid seeds (thinking cucumber for me) with this. I really didn't know if the zucchini would get too mushy to stay in the strips, but it was OK-still in strings with some substance to them after stir-frying. I use zucchini for pasta often.
Question:	Has anyone figured out how to clean it? Its teeth tend to hang on to tiny pieces of peeled vegetable
Answer:	I use a kitchen brush, you can pick up one at walmart cheap, or on amazon, it is the handled variety and it cleans this tool very well.

Question:	Would this peeler work for slicing vegetables, slices about 1 mm (1/25 inch) thick? I figured their deluxe peeler makes thicker slices
Answer:	Not quite, I don't think, but close; much closer than a standard, run of the mill peeler. One of the "cons" of this peeler is the thicker slices (my mom doesn't like how much of the outside of a vegetable it takes off) where I don't care because it peels a lot, quickly - that equals thicker slices though. Hope this helps!
Question:	What is the diameter of the handle? or circumference it that's easier to measure
Answer:	Hi Ksenia, the Deluxe is the larger peeler and yes, it is 'egg shaped' so a bit difficult to get a diameter. The handle is 4 3/8 inches long, 3/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch thick (at the thickest part). Circumference is 2 1/4 inches.
Question:	Is there a disadvantage to the larger size? Does it make it harder to peel anything or is it just nicer to hold
Answer:	I love it. It is larger than other vegetable peelers but sharper. It is heavier to hold but I adjusted to it. For you, it depends on how big your hand is and if you want a peeler that stays sharper a lot longer than the others. I recommend it to everyone.

Answer:	No...I love the larger size and after using it, the smaller one is awkward.

Answer:	The swivel makes it adjust a little easier to whatever you're peeling. You don't really notice its action, it just makes the whole process a little smoother. Another question might be 'Why don't all peelers have the swivel function?' This is an outstanding vegetable peeler, I think it's the best I've ever used.

Answer:	Yes you can! I peel away from me but I did try to see if it works peeling towards you and it does. The head swivels which really makes it easy to peel away from you and it glides with hardly any effort. It's truly awesome!!
