Answer:	Have to use the cones that come with it. They have a hole in the bottom so the smoke draws down. I don’t like the smell of the incense. Especially after it’s out smells like an old capmfire

Answer:	I have found that I don’t care for any of the backflow incense. They all just smell like an ashtray. However you can take normal incense cones and drill a hole in the bottom and they work the same. HEM has been one of my favorite brands of incense. They all smell good but not too strong. And it depends on what scent you get as to what it smells like.

Question:	Will white sage incense be available for purchase
Answer:	You don’t. If it’s dark, you’re just not going to be able to tell the time. It’s definitely false advertisement. The “paint” on the hands does not light up.
Question:	Is this patchouli only or blended with ( sandalwood
Answer:	It did come with a battery already in it. Unsure if the batteries can be found on Amazon as I haven't purchased a replacement for it yet. The battery it came with went out after about 1 month.
Question:	How many sticks
Answer:	I do think the numbers are a good size easy to read, but still waiting on Speidel to reach out to on the issue that the hands don't illimunate as advertised.
Question:	I want strong Patchouli, do these fit the bill
Answer:	You literally have to put it up to DIRECT light for 15-30 seconds for it to glow, like under a lamp. And dont be mistaken, it is only the hands that have a little spot that glows (excludes second hand). See most recent Jan 2021 review for my picture of glow! I wear it regardless though, I like the watch overall but wouldve been nice to have a better glow for night shifts
