Answer:	Hello. We would not recommend on sliding glass doors as they may be thinner and too heavy for this to work properly.
Question:	I found this item on google - this item is available on different websites - some website says that it is 68" long but amazon says 18" - which is it
Answer:	Yes. When used toward the open side of the door the pinch guard will prevent the door from closing by leaving a gap bigger than a small child's fingers on that side of the door, however the hinge side of the door does close substantially. If you want to prevent the door closing on a child's fingers on the hinge side of the door, where the door meets the door frame, you will need to place the Finger Pinch Guard at the top of the door near the hinge side of the door. The forces generated at the hinge side of the door are very dangerous for small fingers and could result in amputation. This is especially true if one child is closing the door while the other one has fingers in the opening.
Question:	Is there enough adhesive that the guard could be removed and reused again
Answer:	It would, but it is about an inch thick so your drawer would stay open all the time! Its more to keep a door open than a drawer.
