Answer:	Switch is on the bottom of the vertical main pole. The cord is coiled, it is thick and rather rigid. It's enough to stretch to the length of the vertical main pole. There's no automatic on/off switch for heat. But we use it all the time

Question:	What's the size of the gap between the two holes
Answer:	Good morning! I washed our towels in hot water with Tide and Snuggle liquid softener. Make sure you don't use too much detergent and just half of the softener. Dry them on medium with fabric sheets and you should end up with a nice fluffy towel. The more you use them and wash them the softer they will become. Mine took a couple of washes. Good luck!!! They're really nice towels...
Question:	What is the width between the screws for the 7 & 8 hook rack
Answer:	it was not on there. This was my fault for buying them. They are ok, but not what I had bought previously. And I thought the price was a little much for what I thought I was buying. Once again, they are fine but not the quality I thought I was getting. Fortunately, I bought only one set. I wanted to see the quality before I bought 6 or 8 sets for Christmas, which I did not do. 2. Measure and mark the distance between the two holes in the wall.

3. You should prepare some tools of a level ruler or bubble level to ensure drilling into the wall that these holes are in a horizontal line.

4. After punch holes in the wall, put the anchors in it and put the screws into the anchors, then mount on the wall.
