Answer:	Yes. Step 3 is just wax. I ran through all 3 steps on my 2007 white car almost 2 years ago. Although white typically does not show the extreme results you would get from a dark or black painted car, the smoothness of the finish is still amazing from all 3 steps, and the shine and how clean the car always looks is amazing. I would do all 3 steps again to see the results I got (using the Mother's polishing ball made it easier on my hands).

Answer:	Seasoning your new humidor Moistening The Humidor: Take a new sponge and wet it with distilled water or humidor solution. Wipe down all the exposed wood, including the trays, dividers and the interior of the lid. Don’t use paper towel or fraying cloth. After you have wiped down the wood, squirt the sponge with more distilled water and place it inside the humidor on a plastic bag and close the lid. Filling the humidifier: Put the humidifier on a plate and moisten it with the propylene glycol solution or distilled water. Leave the humidifier in the liquid for about one hour. As soon as the humidifier has absorbed sufficient liquid, shake the humidifier so that liquid that was not absorbed will be removed. Afterwards, wipe off any excess water from the outside of the humidifier with a cloth and place it in the humidor. Be Patient: Close the humidor with its humidifier element and the damp sponge inside, and leave it overnight. The next day, refresh the humidification device (it may not need it) and check the sponge. If it is fairly dry, add more distilled water. If it is very damp, leave it alone. Let the humidor sit another night, and then remove the sponge and plastic bag. The walls of the humidor have now absorbed all the water they need, and now you can safely store your cigars.

Answer:	Yes you can put cigars in the top drawer. I put the humidifier units in the useable drawers with the cigars. It took me a few days to season the unit and to get the humidity just how I wanted it level wise. Typical for any humidor- the door seals up great and keeps everything air tight - very low maintenance- I highly recommend it.

Question:	After a power outage, will this unit turn itself back on and begin operating automatically
Answer:	The unit will turn back on, but do check on it to make sure your readings are correct (temp, humidity) and/or return to proper, recommended levels if power is off for awhile. If you're using wi-fi to phone app to monitor, you'll definitely need to reset that – connectivity, never great, will be lost when power source is interrupted! It's a great unit even without the handy app.
Question:	Can you remove foam and replace with beads
Answer:	Definitely not as the beads can get sucked up into the fan. Doing this will void the warranty.

Question:	Should I get the Excel or plus for my 2.5 cubic feet Whynter cigar cooler humidor
Answer:	I purchased the Excel 3.0 for my NewAir 300H humidor and it wasn't powerful enough to recover quickly from even a quick access of less than a minute to grab a single stick out of a drawer. The humidity would "eventually" recover back from under 60% to the 65%-67% range I prefer after about 90 minutes. I have since moved the Excel into my smaller NewAir CC-100H which it seems to be able to handle much better. I recently purchased the PLUS 3.0 model for my larger 300H and am expecting delivery tomorrow. Hopefully the higher output from the PLUS reservoir will provide for a faster recovery time? We shall see.
