Question:	How is the audio quality, both receiving and speaking, on phone calls
Answer:	receiving is great. the speaking quality sounds like you're on speakerphone. you can easily tell that you're using a headset of some sort. To be completely fair though, there are literally zero earbuds that don't sound like this. Even airpods and beats you can still tell people are using them or some type of earbuds. It's a problem with the whole category of Earbuds. With that being said, nobody has never complained about not being able to understand me. they just always ask if i'm on speakerphone or something.
Question:	Will you be able to use them separately? One at a time and not have one of them the slave earbud of the other
Answer:	Yes you can. I do it all the time. Sometimes it's easier or safer to have just one in, so it's really nice

Answer:	No unfortunately these do not have passthrough ability, so it can be rather hard to hear the outside world, especially if music is loud

Answer:	Yes, adjusting volume is an option you can select in the app where you set what single , double and long button presses do. Mine are set to play/pause on single presses, skip tracks on double presses and adjust volume on long presses. That means I don’t have a button option to power off, though you can set them to power off automatically following a period of inactivity that you pick.

Answer:	No, it uses only the ones they come with, I was using Jaybirds X2 with foams replacements for years until they dead a month ago and wanted another ones with the same quality but found out these ones do not need them and the fit is just great, I definitely recommend these ones as an upgrade.

Question:	Will they work for listening to audio on TV while running on treadmill
Answer:	I returned these explicitly because there were sync issues. Watching video using certain apps (Amazon Video, Netflix) on a smartphone or iPad worked ok, but any other source suffered a significant delay in audio. Part of the problem is there's no support for APT-X.
Question:	I'm deaf in my right ear. How good is the sound in the left ear by itself
Answer:	Of course you can use just the left by itself, but you cannot pause/play since that functionality is controlled by the right earbud. Hint: Jaybird (aka Logitech, add the feature in the app to update it in the firmware!). You will need to connect both of the earbuds, but put the left on in your ear only and put the other one in your pocket. My wife only has a left ear canal, so she has the same issue. But, you can power them off with the left earbud as well as the right.
Question:	Is there still connectivity issues? This seems like it would be my first pick but if its going to keep disconnecting then it is a no go
Answer:	I purchased them on 12/29/2018. Connectivity is rare, and less of an issue than my X3s. Actually, much better than my X3s. The left or right drops for a nano-second when I stop/pause a YouTube video, and video-sound sync is perfect. My phone is a Pixel 2 XL, so it might be the device it is connecting to, so watch out. And the distance I can get is much better than my X3. I can live with the connectivity hiccup.

Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Answer:	Yes, you can listen while chargeing.
Question:	Is there bleeding
Answer:	Bleeding: From my understanding, if this was a screen on a phone, tablet, or PC would be the light coming from unintended parts of the screen, making the device seem cheaply made, or corners cut. However, when it comes to bleeding from headsets, earbuds, & etc.., it is the unintended sound that escapes, even when your ears are fully seals to listen to music, in which anyone standing near you can hear also. Especially, when your volume is high, but if your volume is not on high, that would be even worse. This might mean that the build quality, housing, and insulation material might be of lower quality, or corners were cut. However, some speakers maybe just that overwhelmingly powerful that it can't be concealed at higher volumes, even with great build quality.
Question:	How is it overall
Answer:	It's actually comfortable. Don't worry. People are picky. The pads are not hard. Overall, I expected the headphones to be like regular cheap earphones, meaning the loudness and high end is more than the bass. But the bass on these is CRAZY. Only problem is that it overpowers some of the high end. But maybe that's just me. As for the FM, there's only like 5 or 6 stations that play jazz rock country and the news. That's it. Unless it's probably just because of my location. For the adjustable brackets on headphones, it's very hard to pull it to adjust on your head. I fear that aggressive pulling will make it loose. Overall, 9/10 because of the cheap material. But the weight FEELS like premium headphones

Answer:	I am having a similar problem. When I remove them from the charger, the volume is low. I then unpair and re-pair them to my phone and the volume is MUCH greater. I have all the correct media volume sync setting on my phone and this is the only headset that has this problem. It is really annoying having to unpair and pair every time I use the earbuds. Any other ideas?
Question:	What is difference in these and newer model
Answer:	There's a newer model called "TrueAir" with Apple style hanging ornamental lobes. I got a pair, then they vanished from Amazon. Out of stock the company said. There is no comparison, the TrueAirs have fair bass. These TrueFree are amazingly nil that way, especially since they reach deep into the ear. They sound tinny, like airline free wired buds.
Question:	How are these with watching video? Is there too much lag
Answer:	To reduce the lag of bluetooth audio transmission you need aptX codec support for both the receiving and transmitting device. These specific earbuds don't support the AptX codec, so there can be 100ms (1/10th of a second) or so difference between the video and when the audio plays. This issue can get worse the further away the two devices get.

Question:	how long does it take to charge
Answer:	As mentioned by Patozon, the trick is to make sure you charge the headphones using a 5V 1A adapter. If you happen to have an iPhone adapter, those are perfect. That will take the least amount of time to fully charge. I think mine charges in only 2.5 hours. Learning how to get the quickest charge for these headphones ended up teaching me a lot about charging devices and being sure you have the appropriate adapter. It's worth learning about because you can potentially destroy your devices if you do it wrong.
Question:	why can't i turn up the volume when plugged in
Answer:	I think when the wire is connected it cuts battery power. It says that when u have wired connection you have unlimited listen time, which must mean it is just working off the sound provided to it by what ever device you are listening to. Unlike beats that still use the battery to power the speakers and volume even when wired.
Question:	Are these true multipoint bluetooth? Are they able to attach to multiple devices at the same time
Answer:	I had connected these to two different iPads at one point. Only one iPad was in use at a time, but the other was often nearby. I would sometimes get messages "phone 1 connected, phone 2 connected, phone 1 disconnected, phone 2 disconnected, phone 2 connected". So it would connect and disconnect periodically, during use. However, if I unpaired one of the iPads so it was only connected to 1, then it never disconnected/reconnected in the middle of use anymore. So I just use it with one device. It's probably OK if the two devices are not too near each other.
Question:	Are these comfortable if you wear glasses
Answer:	They are for me. I wear them for 45 to 60 minutes at a time with my wire frame glasses with no discomfort. In fact, they're the most comfortable headset I own.

Question:	How secure is the fit? I have always had problems getting earbud style headphones to stay in my ears
Answer:	Get the Cloudfoam tips for an extra $10. These make for excellent fit and make the sound great. Also, don’t just push the earbuds in. Push in and then twist towards the back/inside of your ear. And use the optional little rubber lining that come with the earbuds. Then, you’ll have a more secure fit. Now that said, I’ve only used these while sitting at my desk and walking, but they feel like they’re not going anywhere.
Question:	Do the earbuds have latency while watching videos
Answer:	For listening to just music, the sound is fine. But watching videos with the latency of like (I'm guessing here) .25 seconds, it get's noticeable and annoying to watch. On some videos, there's just a slight delay of someone's mouth moving and sound catching up with it. On other videos, the mouth has already finished a word and starting the next word and the sound is just playing the first word. I bought this to listen to music and watch videos but I guess I'll just be using it for music since it's cheap.
Question:	Can I use it with only one earbud at a time
Answer:	To expand on the previous reply, the answer is "yes, but." The right earbud is the bud that receives the Bluetooth signal from your source. It then retransmits the signal to the left bud. So, if you want to use only the right bud and keep the left bud in its charging case, that will work fine as long as you stay within Bluetooth range of your source. But if you want to use only the left bud, you have to keep the right bud out of the case, turned on and within range of both your source and the left bud. If you put the right bud in its case, it will automagically turn off, cutting off the signal to the left bud.

Question:	Are these headphones good if you work in a call room, as far as clarity and not picking up background noise
Answer:	Having worked in three different types of call centers, you really should look under Call Center Headsets. If the call center is your home or the facility can control inside and outside noise around you, try to find the type with a single oval ear cup that should cover your ear instead of press on it and that's reversible, so you can switch ears every once in awhile and that has an adjustable extended mic. You'll find it will be much better for prolonged use talking with people and not so hard on the ears. Trust me, you need an extended adjustable/movable mic as when people call in, their hearing ability differences and the environment they're in can make their ability to hear/understand you difficult without one. If you'll be in a noisy environment, try a headset with both ears and noise reduction/cancelling properties AND the extended mic. The LETSCOM is an excellent set and, while not designated noise cancelling does reduce exterior noises, but perhaps not the best choice for a call center operation.
Question:	Does anybody else experience some noise from the left side when exercising or running
Answer:	I got the white noise a few times while setting up/pairing the headphones. I was sitting 2 feet from my computer. I haven't tried pairing with cellphone yet. Haven't had white noise since and the headphones connect to the computer right when I turn the headphones on. Computer audio mutes out okay. Turning headphones off, computer audio reestablishes comes back okay.
Question:	Are they over ear
Answer:	If your ears are smaller than average, yes. Not mine for sure. Standard over-ear phones have an inner hollow with at least 2.4" (6cm) tall. These are much smaller.
