Answer:	No, these are multi colored but you have the option of only using the white light. You can change the color to a variety of different ones.

Question:	I don't use the remote. I've had these lights for about a year. All of a sudden the strobe function is kicking in and the lights go on and off
Answer:	I have had a similar issue. 1) Are you plugged directly into the 12v/DC power supply? Or use the small controller box? 2) If the controller box is plugged-in, remove it to see if the strobing continues. 3) If they’re flashing in unison—it’s from the controller or power supply. 4) If the strobing is out of sync: then, most likely, the LED is dying internally. (As LEDs do... especially if power isn’t “perfect” for them as designed by the manufacturer.) Good luck!

Answer:	yes, the lights can be used with the dimmer feature, one thing i would say though is the lights will get fairly warm if left on all the time. i use the dimmer setting on a rotation to light up my display case items and it makes for an eye catching display.

Question:	Can these be used as motion sensor lights on an indoor staircase
Answer:	I used them for cabinet lighting but I suppose you could control them with your motion sensor if you power them directly off the transformer and bypass the controller. Mine are plugged into a switched outlet. Mostly I can turn on the lights with the remote once, and then controll the lights thereafter with the wall switch. However, I will periodically flip the switch and the lights wont come on. I'll have to hit the remote button to turn the controller on again. That's not a problem for me but you wouldn't want that to happen in a motion activated scenario.

Answer:	Check the battery first. I ordered several sets and the battery to one of the remotes was dead. Replaced it and it worked fine.
