Identify the right sides of the window seal

1.Curved part is Blue, the wide side of the window seal.

2.Straight part is Green, the narrow side of the window seal.

3.Red dots respetively indicate the middle of the window seal and the middle of the window casement.

Attach the window seal to the hook tape

1.Start from aligning the middle of window seal with the middle of window casement (Red Dots).

2.Attach wide side (Blue) to the window frame.

Insert the hose

1.Open the zippers on the window seal. Place your air conditioner hose out of the window.

2.Close the zippers tightly around the hose. Anti-skid zippers, no need to use cable tie to bind.

Answer:	NO--plug is regular household 3-prong 115 v.

Answer:	Yes it does. It comes with the upward extension frame to fill the gap from top of ac unit to top of window. However it does not come with the material to fill the gap. Also comes with the support platform that mounts to window frame.

Answer:	The zipper meets in the middle, so the opening can be as big/small as you'd like. If you could put both hoses out one hole it may work, but then you'd have to figure out how to seal the space left between hoses.
