Question:	How do you get it to work? Im guessing its setup wrong
Answer:	Have heard its 300 watts. It takes 1.5 hours to go from cold to hot tank. This can be shortened by using propane for a few mins. Mine stays on 24/7 always have hot water. Worth every penny mines been on for almost a year now. Full timer.

Answer:	It does not have a cord. Wiring a circuit to your panel box is best. With a 1500w element it pulls 12.5 amps so you could also wire it with a #12 120 volt cord and plug it in the wall but remember it should be the only appliance on the circuit. Follow all safety precautions when working with electricity.
Question:	How long it will take for full charging
Answer:	It doesn't come with a cord. You can permanently install or get a cord kit. You should install on a dedicated 20A circuit.

Answer:	That is a good question. I believe it was wrapped with the brown strands of hair. We almost misplaced it our selves. It is quite small, but really, I think a small toothbrush would be just fine - gently brushing of course. Hope that helps.

Answer:	It isnt worth the money. The spring ends up rusting out so the water tank doesn't get a proper seal. I tried to tell the company but no on respond. Also randomly it wont make water vapor. It will spurt water all over and get every thING soaked. I suggest just getting a vicks one. The one with the night light is easy to clean and very useful.
