Answer:	This is made from “natural wheat straw fiber, starch, and food-safe premium PP material“ per the manufacturer. PP is Polypropylene- just another type of plastic! The wheat fiber thing is just a gimmick. This clever marketing is trying to disguise plastic as a “natural product”.

Answer:	For this 4-pack of cups, the diameter of the cup is 7.5 cm, and the diameter of the bottom is 5.5 cm. It is impossible for a large hand to wash the inside of the cup.

Answer:	We have had ours for several months and I have not noticed this an an issue.

Answer:	Just ordered these and they arrived in a larger box with other cups. I opened the smaller box they are stored in to find the first one broken. These are clearly not in unbreakable as advertised. Though it is possible that they reached a very cold temp in transit and therefore were more brittle. I would expect any worthwhile company that ships product in mass to consider these temps when choosing their material.

If you pull that out, the slit part that allows liquid to come out may not be broken through. Just put pressure on that to break the slit open & it should work. Hope this helps
