I used the regular scotchgard until I discovered this heavy duty version. Here is my procedure, at the end of the season I remove covers and wash them in the washing machine and dry in dryer. I store them for the winter. In the spring, I get them out and insert the pillow and cushions in the covers and spray vertically and horizontally on both side. I let them dry then spray them again. My dog has even peed on the cushions and it rolls off with no residue. Great stuff! I purchased my deck furniture with cushions at World Market. Not sure if they are olefin. |

| Answer: | If there is urine or feces in the carpet, I use a the Kirby Pet Stain spray product. It's phenomenal at getting the smell out. Then I will do an all over cleaning with the shampoo. The shampoo is good for normal pet smells, any potty smells, I use the stain remover. |

| Answer: | The one I ordered did, yes. Looked different from the picture. If your allergy is to lavender, though, it's not a natural odor, it's synthetic, shouldn't be an issue. Now, if you just don't like lavender, then I would definitely order something else. It works great, though. |

| Answer: | I have not tried to use the shampoo with a different vacume but I don't think it would work because the Kiby make the shampoo foam up and I don't think the other vacumes would do that. |

| Answer: | It is the same as the others...not dry but very minimum amount of water goes from the shampooer to carpet so it does dry very quickly |

Removes soil by holding dirt in suspension until vacuumed. Leaves carpet with a clean, fresh fragrance. The detergent is a stable emulsifying, fast drying cleaning solution that is minimum wetting. Formulated with surfactants that leave no gummy residues in the carpet or fabric that may attract dirt and soil. pH 8.6 Use dilution: 4-16 oz/gal.

| Answer: | I use this with my carpet shampoo machine. I have light beige regular weave carpets not shag. This cleaner solution works wonders on my carpet. I have 2 dogs and they can leave a mess but this stuff makes my carpets look like new. |
