Answer:	I have had mine for several years. Still runs all day. I use it in the winter to circulate air from the wood stove. HOWEVER i do have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for it to spin up. Been doing that for years. If your fan stopped blowing, look and see if it is spinning at. Does it still oscillate? Then give it 10 minutes and see if it doesnt start blowing.

Answer:	I think I got the regular but I find it to still be to firm. I find it hard to roll or rub along. I find the smooth rollers easier and more effective. I found the notches effective in my caves but not on my thighs or back.

Answer:	UVC light is part of the ultraviolet light spectrum and emits a high frequency of UV light that makes it extremely effective at killing bacteria, viruses, mold and other pathogens. It also very effective at killing Dust Mite, After you put on the light for 10 minutes, when you return to the room, you will smell like popcorn, and it is because the Light cooked the Dust Mite smell to me it's the smell of victory!!! worth every penny

Answer:	As someone who has had an electrical house fire I would not recommend it. No it does not get hot but has a failsafe to shut off if tipped over. You could put it on a table around the bed and move it around the perimeter and achieve a similar effect. I would contact the company with further safety concerns.

Answer:	This lamp DOES NOT GENERATE OZONE. Although the frequency is 254nm, there is no real ozone generation in an open room from this 55w lamp. There are other systems that may have a UV-C lamp and an Ozone generator built into the same box. This is not one of them. There are basically two methods of producing ozone...ultra-violet and corona discharge. Corona discharge is the most common and creates ozone by applying high voltage to a metallic grid sandwiched between two dielectrics. The high voltage jumps through the dielectric to a grounded screen and in the process, creates ozone from oxygen present in the chamber. Kind of like how lightning creates ozone. Ultra-violet (UV) light can create ozone when a wavelength at 254 nm (nanometers) hits an oxygen atom. That's how the Sun creates the Ozone layer in the atmosphere. The molecule (O2) splits into two atoms (O), when combined with another oxygen molecule (O2) it forms ozone (O3). Typically this is done in a camber to get them to combine and the gas is then pumped out of the chamber and the process repeats. Ozone has a half life of 30 minutes as it reverts back to O2, or even less as it reacts to dust, plants, contaminates, and even temperature. Eventually given enough time it all reverts back. You can use an Ozone generator and be in the same room, the recommended level by OSHA is 0.10 parts per million. You will find ozone generators being used to cut down on smoke in casinos and back when you could smoke in taverns. There are no documented long term effects from ozone exposure. If you want to measure output or residual ozone, search for a Draeger tube or an Ozone Monitor/Sensor. I recommend using UV-C lamps and an Ozone generator together if your really want to make sure. I use this unit for bathrooms and made my own large UV-C lamps for other rooms, along with my own Ozone generators that fill the entire house. Ozone gets into the smallest cracks if you have can generate enough. Yes, you should vent after the Ozone generators run with that much concentration. My vacation cabin has several 10g/hr ozone generators running 4 times a day for 30 min each when I'm not there. It takes about 3 hours to remove all the residual ozone out of the bedding, clothes, walls... They are all on remote controls, so I stop the process the day before I show up.

Answer:	Some may claim a single 25w bulb handles 400 sqft, but most professional units in a hospital start out with at least two 150w bulbs that they move around the room for a total of about 1 hour. A 15-watt lamp will cover approximately 100 square feet; a 30-watt lamp will cover approximately 200 square feet. To kill black mold from 8ft away you would need to run a 50w lamp for 1 hour. How long you run it will be based on the contaminate or concentration of contaminate you have and the distance from it. Remember, it does not work on surfaces that the light cannot directly hit (shadows). So either move the unit around or use several lamps. 8hrs or more may be required. Based on all that, I run my lamp for at least 1 hour per area to insure at least 40,000 J/cm2 to kill most spore forming bacteria. I also move the units about to reduced areas where the light does not touch. It all depends on what you want to kill, distance, and wattage. A while back I found a chart that says 8hrs for an 800 sqft room with a 100w bulb. High intensities for a short period and low intensities for a long period are fundamentally equal in lethal action. The inverse square law applies to germicidal ultraviolet as it does to light: the killing power decreases as the distance from the lamps increases. The average bacterium will be killed in ten seconds at a distance of six inches from the lamp. Keep in mind that as the bulbs are used, they lose intensity over time; therefore you must run them longer. As with anything, read the warning labels. These not only kill bacteria and molds, it will kill your plants and cause you and your pets physical harm. As far as insects like mites, it may have an effect, but it won't kill them. Other side effects are fading of furniture, 10% reduction in plastics, just like leaving things out exposed to the sun. You will notice a burning smell after operation, unlike an ozone generator that has a medical or electrical smell. You can also add an ozone generator to get in those areas that the light can't reach. For that I made my own units that pump out 10g/hr. Keep in mind, unlike the UV-C lights that don't leave anything behind, you need to purge the Ozone levels from the area before returning to normal usage of the area.

Answer:	We purchased 1 fan in 2017 and loved it so much that we purchased another in 2018. The light on the first one stayed on but wasn't distracting. The 2018 model of the same fan was slightly updated and the light does shut off after a short time. We love both fans since they both work incredibly cooling whole rooms instead of just one area.

Answer:	Hello, Thank you for choosing the Seville Classics. A small over view of how to clean our fans is first the fan must be turned off and unplugged. It is recommended not to take the fan apart, instead use a vacuum cleaner with the narrow attachments or with the brush attachment to remove any dirt accumulated in the exhaust vents. You may also use a can of compresses air; it is suggested to do this procedure outdoors to remove any excess debris. Question:	How easy to clean it inside
Answer:	Mine is 3 months old & it is not making any noise. I would return it for a replacement fan as yours must be defective. It could be that it needs some WD40, but why should you have to deal with taking it apart & figuring how to put that on. We have a friend whose had theirs for years, & theirs do not make a clicking sound.
Question:	Mine has begun making a clickity noise while oscillating, is there a way to stop this or a reason why its happening? 2 months old

Answer:	Do you have another remote light fixture in the house? That was our issue. We had to change the frequency so the remotes didn’t work on both fans.
Question:	Does the fan beep when turned on/off, speed is changed, etc
Answer:	Yes, this fan is wet rated. It can be outdoors.
Question:	If My fans tend to collect a lot of dust, can the fan be opened up easily to clean inside
Answer:	We received instructions but no warranty. Be cautious the canopy for the fan does not work for all sloped ceilings. We had to purchase another canopy for $69 plus shipping. That should be noted when you're buying online.
Question:	Should sleep mode function identical to Natural mode? When in sleep mode, my fan is cycling through various speeds (including off
