Question:	will one unit purify a 4000 SF house
Answer:	Johnson controls advertises it for 6 ton 2400 CRM at up to 4000 sq ft. I don’t have personal experience at that level. It makes a significant difference at 3400 sq ft in our home so I’m guessing the extra sq ft difference ins’t that much more.
Question:	is it more efficient at 110 volts or 24 volts
Answer:	It runs fine at both. However, you want to connect it to a circuit that runs while the blower is running. Ideally, your circuit board has an Electronic Air Cleaner (Typically identified as EAC) lead you can use for hot and potentially another EAC lead for neutral. Heaven forbid you connect to the thermostat or "wire it into the mains" like another poster mentioned. If you don't know what you're doing it's probably better to hire a contractor.
Question:	How long did it take a pro to install
Answer:	Clockwise about 20 minutes. Since I twisted their arm to do the install, (I bought the part so they were uncomfortable installing it) we agreed on a full 1 hr service charge. I was good for that because it makes the warranty effective (pro-install bill shows the licensed dealer installed the part). It wasn’t easy getting someone to install a part they hadn’t been offering, so the up charge was justified in my opinion. The dealer did say my Amazon price was about the same as his cost, for what it’s worth. I love the device, made a huge difference in air quality ( no dog or food smells) and the air filter seems to be clearing dust from the air better than before. I changed the filter at 3 vs 4 months and it was time.

If the Contractor has to purchase round trip air tickets , pay for a hotel and rent a car to install...then $1200 is a fair price.

Answer:	Hi! It is not recommended to use this device when you are in the house. When you leave, you can turn the generator on. The standard time to wait is 30 mins but, if you are concerned about specific groups like kids or elderly, they might be more inherently sensitive so you'd have to add a few mins more for them. Answer:	Hi Ben! Ozone Generators are not considered as a radiological device because it does not produce ionizing radiation, including, certain sealed radioactive sources. Ozone is generated by Corona Discharge (most common type) or Ultraviolet Light. Ozone generators deodorize, disinfect, kill or remove dangerous or irritating airborne particles in indoor environments. However, ozone is a toxic gas with very different properties to oxygen. Whether it is a pure form or mixed with other chemicals, ozone can be harmful to health. That's why we strongly recommend the use of ozone generators in unoccupied space with the right ozone output and time duration depending on the size of an area. I hope this information helps! Answer:	They only have a CE mark. They are well constructed. I first used one to eliminate a foul odor from a bank repossessed house. Took multiple cycles but it worked well.

Question:	How many square-foot will this device cover. and if i was going to put them in hvac system can i install multiple units
Answer:	I am not sure on the square footage. I would say seeing it does up to I believe 8 tons it would do 3200 square feet. I don't think these are designed for that though. I do know they work but i have massively modified my unit. I would go with the 12vdc model though I did not get the same results out of the 120vac. It did not put out the same amount of voltage. I was only getting on average 145vdc on several of them. I consistently get about 530vdc out of the 12vdc model I have changed the carbon fiber tips out with modules and built a box with switches and a power plug. I cant stress enough how dangerous these are if you don't understand what you are working with. I have one upstairs and one downstairs

Answer:	No instructions in the box but It’s pretty self-explanatory, there are two power leads and two generator Leads.
Question:	Where or what does it install to? Does it sit inside a duct
Answer:	It does not install to anything. It is standalone. I have installed mine in the supply fan area

Answer:	it will always disperse ions it just needs the air moving across it to clean the air or disperse as you said. It would be like spraying a fragrance it smells in one spot with no air and smells everywhere when pushed trough the air
