Answer:	YES YOU CAN USE NACHO CHEESE! The booklet that came with the fountain says "You can also melt cheese to create a cheese fountain. In order to use cheese, you just need to prepare the cheese as you would for a regular fondue pot by diluting it with white wine or cream to keep it liquid, enabling it to flow through the tower. Powdered cheese may be used as well....Barbeque sauces may be used as well."Since nacho cheese is not solid block cheese, I would suggest trying it as it is. If it does not flow through the tower well, try diluting it...maybe with a little evoo.

If you are looking to make and heat the hot chocolate in the mug itself, that is definitely not a safe idea as the mug is heated with a candle flame which could cause burns, additionally the mug itself does retain some surface heat and we do not suggest handling when in use with a candle.

Answer:	Yes. My 11 year old daughter made chocolate abs cheese fondue in this
Question:	Does the mug melt what goes in it, or do you have to melt it and put it in the mug
Answer:	It doesn' t hold a lot - think coffee mug. Melt the chocolate or fondue and then place in the mug with the votive to keep it warm. I also gave one as a gift and it was a big hit.
Question:	Can you use this for cheese fondue
Answer:	Because the tea light flame is so close to the bottom of the ceramic holder, and I know that it keeps butter melted and hot, I would presume that it would keep the caramel melted.
Question:	How much chocolate does this hold
Answer:	No, not from this company -- You could make your own out of aluminum foil though

Question:	do you use gel fuel or fire gel cans
Answer:	We use those gel cans
Question:	Can you light alcohol or paraffin instead of gel
Answer:	The space provided for burning the fuel is empty/hollow. You could put anything in it that is safe for table top liquid or gel fuel. I would only use the type fuel which is specifically for table top flame.. There is a way to regulate the air which regulates the flame size. The receptacle for the fuel is made of metal. It would be safe for fuels that are designated table top flames for burners. I cannot answer the question about paraffin.
Question:	Can you use the pot separately? On the stove or in the oven
Answer:	The fondue pot is enameled cast iron. You begin the fondue by melting the cheese and seasoning it in this pot on the stove top. Then when it is melted, and seasoned, you move it to the table top burner. I imagine it would function as an oven pot just the way all enameled cast iron pots do....but not for cheese fondue, of course.
Question:	Can the pot be put on stove top to heat cheese

Question:	Can anyone give me the dimensions (length at widest point x width x depth) of this pot (not including the stand)? I would also like to know the weight
Answer:	The width at the widest point is 12" (including the handle) x width of pot 8 1/4" x depth 3" (approx.). As to the weight, I'm estimating at around 5 pounds but I may be a little high. It may be closer to 4 pounds. I don't have a scale to measure it on so I just judged it against a 5 lb bag of flour
Question:	Can you use the same pot for meat , cheese etc
Answer:	Yes, I have used the Lugano fondue pot for both cheese fondue and beef fondue. It can also be used for the chocolate fondue, but I prefer a smaller pot that doesn't get quite as hot because too much heat affects the texture and taste of good chocolate.
Question:	Does this get hot enough for making Tibetan yak's blood and horse cheese/curd fondue
Answer:	Yes.....it even gets hot enough to melt fossilized Mastadon tusks and Giant Sloth molars which I use in my Neanderthal stew.
