If you installed it according to the insulation instructions you should have cut back any tree limbs that would shed leaves and twigs and interfere with the cooling of the unit. Check the drain see if the plug is still in it or if it is stopped up.

Answer:	AC unit itself is 19 inches wide. There is a bracket on each side, to install the supplied window side panels, that are used when mounting in larger width windows. The AC unit is just under 20 1/2 inches when you include these brackets in the measurement. So it should just fit with about 1/4 inch on each side. The small gap can be filled with foam tape or even cardboard. I like to use foam pipe insulation. It's cheap and easy to cut to desired size to fill gaps, etc. This unit has worked well so far.

Answer:	I personally would not run any plug in unit 24/7 all winter BUT the unit has features that may influence your decision. 1) The unit AUTOMATICALLY TURNS OFF when the room reaches the desired temperature and turns back on when falls below the desired temperature. 2) The unit has OVERHEAT protection and shuts down when parts of the heater overheat. 3) If the unit is TIPPED forward or backward it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit when not in use.

Answer:	Yes, it does a great job of cooling and a decent job of heating a room in our home. I would call it supplemental heat-if it isn't going to be super cold (-30), it should be fine!

Answer:	I have it in my bedroom which is about 250 square feet. The air does feel cold but I have the put the thermostat at around 82 to start warming. After a couple of hours it gets too warm and then I lower it. I just use it to heat my bedroom when I need. I will usually go turn it on about a hour before bedtime.

Answer:	Width is only about 16". I attached enclosed side panels and with those extended fit it into a 29" wide window opening, may be able to extend them a couple inches more if needed. But even my bigger unit (12000 BTU) is only 19" wide. I used dense styrofoam (not the crumbly kind) to fill in large gaps, foam strip and Mortite calking cord to seal up the smaller gaps for that one. This small model fits new windows best. With old windows a lot harder to fill in and seal, and more difficult to angle downwards to prevent dripping. Doable but not so pretty. You can probably make this work, but will need extra materials for a 39" wide window.

Answer:	I don't believe there is a drain. The air conditioners are supposed to be tilted and the water collected is actually used to cool. Don't quote me but that is what I remember.

Question:	Can i mount it to the wall if i have a whole cut out
Answer:	The one I have has vents along the sides of it to allow air into the unit. If the wall was say 6" thick it would block nearly the entire side vent, if the wall was say 4" thick it would block approximately half the vents lengthwise. I think you would have a problem with the unit unless the vents are open to the air.
Question:	is there supposed to be a sheet of styrofoam inside
Answer:	It’s still in there and it works fine.
