Not a huge fan of the Safariland holster but it is a kydex retention holster and it works pretty well with the light. Love the light so I learned to live with a holster that's just ok. One of the biggest selling point for me with this light is it's small size that doesn't require it to be removed for IWB carry. It provides enough light for searches without providing TOO much light in CQB situations which some of the larger lights tend to do.

Answer:	That's a definite maybe. I used it with a Trek Mountain Trail (?) or something. But, the seatpost may need a shim to be the correct size. It's possible that some brand trail a bike would have a smaller seatpost than this, and you can't shim smaller so it wouldn't work. Over time residue may build up onto the lens of your light but when at the range in daylight hours I never have it mounted. However within the home I do utilize it in house clearing exercises. This is with complete certainty the most effective pistol mounted weapons light to hit the market. This is a military grade illumination system. It will tolerate the 10mm round without issues.

Answer:	The Included batteries are disposable and I don't think you can find rechargeable batteries for it either. The rechargeable A123 batteries I've seen are one followed by the other in a line, the X300 Ultra uses two batteries side by side so those rechargeable batteries wouldn't work.On a positive Note, I bought this light a long time ago and although I bought a box of extra batteries I haven't had the need to replace them.
