Answer: Yes, sits comfortable for me 8 to 9 hours a day for the last 3 1/2 months. Seat cushion does not flatten out and lower back support is good. Took a couple of days to dial in the adjustments, which allowed me to custom fit the chair. Also, the seat and back are fabric, which I think is much more comfortable than either vinyl or leather coverings.
