Answer:	Great question! Each application will utilize 1-3 strips, from my experience. When I tape my knee I use 1 1/2-3 strips depending on the type of support I need. When I tape my neck or elbow I use two strips. You can find many YouTube videos that show proper usage. Experiment with those to find the most effective application for your personal needs.

Answer:	Mine had the flat, horseshoe type foot attached and that is all I've ever used. Didn't even know the round spike foot was a part of the product, not that I would use them. Question:	Can you remove the ballhead completely? Is there a 1/4" screw that connects it
Answer:	The end can be removed and you can wash it out. Air will not circulate through it well though and the rubber seals do not hold as well wet, so until it drys you will have to use it at full length for it to be reliable. At shorter distances it could extend further if used pointed down or rotate around if the camera is off center like it would be if it was looking at you.
