Answer:	My granddaughter has been using this table and chair for several months . I used it on the rug or bare floor and the caps on the chair and table seem to keep it from slipping. One word of caution: be sure the chair is fully opened. It needs to sort of click ,otherwise it will fold.

Answer:	I have a 3.5 and 1.5 year old that use this table every day. The chairs are small enough that there doesn't seem to be any lack of back support. My kids have abused this table and it's still standing strong. We've had it for about 2 years and I will occasionally have to tighten the legs, but otherwise, it's been great!

So I excused myself and went to the bathroom to cry for a minute for being so dumb and not checking the measurements, then I wiped my tears, I (gently and carefully) shoved the thing back into the box, and I drove to the USPS store like a bat out of hell to return it and get a refund. I'm sure if you contact the seller, they will be able to help.

Answer:	I think it would be too small for him my one year old and 4 year old use it and my 4 year old is tall too and he will probably not fit in like a year
