Answer:	It sounds as though you have everything. I have nothing but the cushion on mine. I am wondering if you think there should be an attachment to recline the chair? You recline it by pushing backwards.

Answer:	You can adjust it up and down, but not backwards or forwards. This is a problem, because it is way too far forward. My shoulders can't even reach the back of the chair because the lumbar support sticks out so far.
