With that, we bought a second chair and we did it on our own. We bought the chairs in brown, which is a very rich color. They make a statement in our office. They are very comfortable and moves around easily. I don’t feel like an extra cushion is needed and the back support felt good and just right to me.

Answer:	I ordered 8 of these chairs and had no problems with this issue with any of them. It almost sounds like one or more of the wheels did not seat properly. Think about it. If they were all seated correctly, the chair would all be at the same height all around and there is now way one could fall out. Just a thought.

Answer:	To remove? Well it doesnt come assembled, but once it is, its only 4 bolts. So pretty easy.
